Hei everybody,

I just decided that it’s time for me to move on with a newer program.. I stoped PE for a long period of time and since the summer I’m doing the newbie routine. I think I’m the only person who did the newbie routine for so long (around 7 months) after the big break I did.

So what do you guys think I should start with.. I was thinking with some hangin? Or should I go with more serious hand stretches?

I’m w8in for all kind of replyes to this.

Don’t look at my gains.. They are very old. I haven’t gained anything since.. A long time:)

All right, I’m sorry for the chat speak, cheeva. Hope I didn’t cause much of a confusion.

Ok I’m going to explain my PE experience detailed:

I started PE in 2004. I did the newbie routine for some time, then I changed to manual stretches to attack the ligaments. After a while I changed the angle so that I can attack the tunica. After that I switched to hanging. During all these phases I saw my gains:
6,1 BPEL with 5,1 EG to 7,5 BPEL with 5,5 EG.

After that I stopped PE for like an year or something until the summer of 2007. Since June or July (don’t remember exactly) until now I’ve been doing the newbie routine all over again.

By now I think I have adapted my penis to PE again and it’s time for me to move on with something new.

My primary goal is still lenght. What do you guys think I should do?

Since you took a deacon break, you should be able to use the newbie routine and start getting gains again, right?

A deacon break would be a break taken by a deacon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deacon

I think you mean a decon break, as in a break taken for the purpose of deconditioning.

Hahah yes guys, but I haven’t gained anything from the newbie routine after that break so that’s why I was thinking that I should do something else.
