Going back to manual exercises
Yesterday my clamp broke and now I am forced to invite some manual girth-exercises to my routine.
I would appreciate some opinion about this routine, if some exercise would be better than the other or so.
- 5min hot towel + kegels.
- 10min wet jelqing
- 3x1min sadsaks-headsqueeze (grip at base, then press each finger down after eachother)
- 3x5min manual clamping with grip at base
- 5min warm down
I can’t do horses because I’m too short… Any other that could replace some of these or is it good? :)
