Doc, it looks like you’ve gained about an inch in the girth department. Congrats. What do you attribute your great gains to?

I think it is Jelqing and doing plump bends. I do pe alllll day long.
Only for about 5 minutes at a time but it is every time I have my dick in my hand I do some of the swing jelqs, as described in my first post and some plump bend.
I do pump about 3 days a week with a 10 minute jelq session in between two sets of 15 minutes.
Kegel your brains out, that is another helper I believe.
I don’t do much for length yet but when I get to 5.5” girth I will work on length a bit.

I could not agree with you more, hit the spots and let’s see them not show some gratitude.

I had some good newbie gains which were all done under stealth. I live alone now and am in hotels a lot so its not an issue anymore.


Obviously you can do some pe weights or ads and be very stealth about it. I like to jelq everytime I’m in the head for a couple of minutes and do some plump bends.

Don’t forget to kegel. I have found that it is grrrrreat for eq and I think it helps with girth a bit as well.

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5
