I agree. When most women repeat the “size doesn’t matter” mantra, they’re either feeding you a line to make you feel better or they honestly don’t know because they never rode a biggin (or a guy with a biggin who knew how to use it).

When my girth creeped over 6” the wife had some insane orgasms; although, there were some tradeoffs (no more quickies and no more mad thrusting - I had to be more gentle). I agree with Big Girth’s suggestions for girth. Good use of a vacuum pump with jelqing thrown in plus regular use of the TheraP (or ACE Elbow Wrap) as a wrap device along with cable clamps will give you good results. Now, all I need is more length.

Girth has always been easy for me, just like length is for you. Its curious how we each react uniquely to PE. Length has always been a bitch for me.

In terms of girth, I never even did any “extreme” stuff, because I was always focused on length. Even though I’m not familiar with your routines, I’ll offer you a few girth tips in exchange for some length tips. Deal?

1) Dry jelqs - slow & strong (always keep your erection levels at least 3/4 for the girth effect). Done every other day (always rest a day in between).

2) Holds - form a tight OK around base, after kegeling forcefully, then CLAMP. Hold that for a while. A variation, of course, would be the cable clamps - which allow for hands-free PE, as well as longer clamp times.

3) Not sure of the name of this exercise (like most, it has several), but I did this briefly and my girth started to get scarey (was an uncemented 6.34” midshaft and nearly 7” base last Summer - and that’s pre-workout stats)…. anyway….they’re done dry….with about 85-90% erection level, do the kegel/OK clamp around base, making sure the grip is very tight…..then, form a similar OK clamp a little below the head and do a gentle but firm rolling motion in between your hands - this really forces lateral expansion of the tool.

4) Don’t neglect hot wraps

5) Modified Uli….this is something I experimented with only briefly, but I intend to hit these once I’m at my length goals….BE CAREFUL….with about 85-90% erection level, do the kegel/clamp at the base - only, hold the kegel, don’t release it. Now, do a very slight, but very firm, uli-jelq from the base (only going an inch or so), but maintain the kegel while hitting about 5 reps. Release, repeat. I found this very intense, felt like my tool was going to explode. Be careful. Again, I believe girth work should only be every other day. I’ll bet these would even be more effective after a thorough damp heat warmup of at least 6-10 minutes.

Btw, I’ve never pumped or experimented with prolonged clamping. Some have gotten great gains by doing those. Again, my girth work was always short & sweet, with at least 1 day’s rest in between (as opposed to length work).

What concerns me is: from the front, because I am wide and flat, my unit looks proportional for a 9-incher (almost 2 inches diameter). But from the side, it’s only 1.5 inches or so. So if I hit 9 inches, then from the side, you will be looking at a dick that is huge in length, but with girth that looks (from the side) more appropriate for a 5-inch dick. Would look quite weird. Guess at that point I’d have to make sure nobody saw me from the side when I had wood!!!!


With regard to number 3 on your list, is the rolling motion you’re talking about like flexing your wrists in the motion that would twist the throttle on a motorcycle?

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG

WADZILLA: thanks much for the tips, especially the “one day off, one on” advice, as nobody EVER seems to agree on whether, and how many, rest days are needed for girth growth. I am currently doing 2 days on, 1 off.

Re: length — I’m not sure rest days are important. I think it’s mostly about stretching things. I got an inch by jelquing, hanging (which to me is a sure thing for length gain - I mean, hardly any flexible material known to man will NOT stretch eventually when under prolonged weight stress). I also employed my famous “pocket pull” - if you have decently loose pants and wear boxer short, you can (all day long) reach into your pocket, wrap your four fingers (not thumb) around the top of your unit, and get a good strong pull. Do this on and off all day and your dick has no chance to shrink. It just keeps growing, and growing, and growing… Dangle

Have you had sex lately? That should justify your answer. If your girl coo’s right now, you got an idea you are about where you want to be. If she yells, “deeper, deeper” and your thudding her pelvic, maybe 9” is the right idea…

Depends on the girl, thirdrock. Asians, I have trouble with. There are some, on the other hand, you could park a Winnebago in.

wt282: trouble is, I don’t want a 9-incher that’s still 5.25 inches in curcumf. Too unproportional …so I’m doing just clamp/squeeze work now with manual stretching throughout the day, to try to get the girth up first. Bad idea? I just think a 9 x 5.25 would be ugly.

Maybe get up to just over 5.5 EG, then focus on length until 9, then finish off the girth.
