I started this journey about two years ago with a small cock and now possess a large cock. I have eliminated premature ejaculation by self-control and abstinence. Beyond some ligament lengthening and restoring blood flow would require working at 100% erections, a touchy subject that would certainly need to be only discussed openly with well-versed and conditioned apprentices.

Learn what you are working and what it feels like. In a reasonable amount of time, there should be an Inner Light that signals when to dramatically increase intensity or decrease it, this is impossible if one masturbates, BTW. Throw the ruler in the trash bin after taking starting measurements. Base, thanks for responding. I do stretch intensively upward but have very limited experience hanging SO or OTS, I always seen SD as the most effective method of hanging. In BTC, it seemed all too easy for the weight load to be absorbed by the pelvic bone,etc.

As far as erect work, it is more effective for me and is the only way for me to feel the tissues fatigue. I still like to get sore like a newbie, it is a great indicator. I can see how some guys get trapped in a rut and more or less masturbate instead of doing a workout. When you play with dynamite, you learn to listen well; I do not advise as far as techniques, hence there is no illustrations as far as methods I have to resort to, that is the responsible thing to do here.

No sir, I don’t disagree, I too have gained a lot by BTB pulling, jelqing, and pulling like a madman upward. Yes, the above claim may have been somewhat of a misstatement.

To sum up you’re saying:

I have no clue at all where you picked up this ‘knowledge’, this is pretty much the opposite of what I’ve learned here at Thunder’s Place and from my own experiences.

Yes I believe a five inch gain is possible, yes I think frequent masturbation adds to the confusion of whether or not the penis is under or over worked, full erections may be required for some that DO want to gain past the normal rate, yes your inner light; I don’t play with your goober so I don’t know what it can withstand without causing impotence, why the ruler?, there is no need in documenting over 1/16 variations and losing focus.

My 9 inches are coming!!

I find this theory to be very intriguing. Of course there are areas, like the erect work, that seem to fly in the face of convention but so did the idea of a round world at one time. I will be very interesting to see the intricacies of these ideas unfold, maybe these exercises and attitudes will work for me, maybe they won’t, but I can’t discount something automatically just because it is different.
