Beyond some ligament lengthening and restoring blood flow would require working at 100% erections, a touchy subject that would certainly need to be only discussed openly with well-versed and conditioned apprentices.
Learn what you are working and what it feels like. In a reasonable amount of time, there should be an Inner Light that signals when to dramatically increase intensity or decrease it, this is impossible if one masturbates, BTW. Throw the ruler in the trash bin after taking starting measurements. When you force tissues to adapt to stress they will resist and when you notice a 1/8 “loss” in BPEL you may incorrectly ask advice as to why and further get ill advised that you are “over-training”.
