Glans getting soft??

A week into my strictly newbie routine, I felt some discomfort in the area where shaft meets glans. This happened after a workout. I decided to back off, and haven’t done PE work since Thursday. This weekend I had quite a bit of fun with my girlfriend. My dick worked wonderfully - it got super-duper hard along with a super-engorged glans. It got so damn hard I had discomfort in that same area.

I’m not certain if my intense kegel work has given me super hard-ons that cause discomfort, or if my jelqing caused some injury. I’m extremely pleased with my dick’s performance ever since I began, so I’m leaning towards non-injured.

Today I woke up with wood, as usual, and noticed a relatively soft glans, but a super hard shaft. I’m pretty sure this is normal for me. The good news is that there was no discomfort. I think when I jerk-off later on this week I’ll see how it feels and then try to get back on the horse (carefully).

Coming into this discussion late, but how can the glans be anything other than soft? It’s not encased in ligament (tunica) like the shaft. In my experience, it only becomes taut (like a drum!) when clamping. Otherwise, it’s always relatively mushy, even when majorly engorged. Am I wrong in assuming it’s the tunica which gives and erection its rigidity and hardness? Is the comment about a ‘soft’ glans suggesting there’s absolutely no increase in pressure, even with an erection?

Well, it was good while it lasted.

I had this problem, and with the help of this site sought out an interventional radiologist who embolized a vein which was leaking blood from my head. Things were fairly good, but recently have slowly been getting worse. Don’t get me wrong, I am still in a better place then before. But now my morning wood is down, and in certain positions the head is starting to lose blood again. Eg I get much better inflation standing up then sitting down. It’s a shame since I toiled for close to 2 years to try and find an answer and flew all over the country in the process, hopefully things stay how they are without getting worse because I am still relatively satisfied.

if things go back to how they were, one thing I have been thinking about as a possible solution is the gene therapy. Apparently they can inject the corpus cavernosum with some DNA that allows better smooth muscle relaxation, letting in more blood etc = ofcourse better erections. I wonder if this could be applied to the corpus spongiosum, letting more blood into it which may result in better glans expansion.

I have read everything about this therapy

1. The gen-therapy isn’t ready. It MAY BE ready in 4-6 years
2. No, it would probably not help your situation. Why? Because the virus contains a gen which is gone in old men (over 50) and the gen does like you said, help the smooth muscle to relax, making more blood flowing in. If you aren’t over 50, or have a nerve damage (which will damage this gen) the cure would not help you. I have a permanent nerve damage from overworking my PE and hopefully (my doctor think) I would be allowed to join the experimental testing which is happening as we speak, because of my young age and because of that I have a damage which this cure possibly can repair. I really really hope that, because going around with loss in sensitivity in the dick is both mentally horrible and makes me insecure in sex situations. I’m to young for that.

Softsmall head- injury or permanent problem

I am pretty much new to PE besides knowing how to kegel and doing that occasionally. My glans has always been very defined and hard. After a week of PE I noticed gains in length and width and before reading up enough intensified my workout. Seeing gains I began jelqing after warmup at almost a full erection and doing stretching. Pre PE I sometimes forced large amounts of blood into the head and held it there so it really was enlarged and turned a bright red/ purple thinking it would expand my head even further. Never had a problem. In my second week of PE I repeated this a couple of times when hard without pain and did jelqs and stretching. After that day my erections have been harder in the shaft but I have a completely soft head. Taking three weeks off has not solved the problem and I am hoping I did not do serious damage. The only time I can get the glans even semi hard is to tilt the penis down and put pressure from underneath the shaft forcing blood in. As soon as I take my hands off though it goes back to being small and soft. Could anyone please help me with any advise or knowledge about this problem. I really hope my head doesn’t permanently stay like this because it really makes my penis look smaller and not as attractive.

I was experiencing the soft head - had it for years though so I don’t associate it with PE. I’ve recently begun (2 months ago) using the penimaster as an extender for 3-6 hours a day (due to time pressures I’m looking at passive PE) and have noticed that my head is getting fuller and harder now when my penis is erect. I tend to trap some blood in the glans so the penimaster stays on. Maybe worth looking at? Obviously don’t overdo it and make sure to restore circulation afterwards.

Over-trained

Any new development on this? I have it and believe it to be my superficial dorsal vein leaking blood from the glans.

I have this too and really worry about that…

I’d like to know if there’s anythin new about that?
