Glans getting soft??

Just tried a short 10 minute session. Started out with a rice sock warmup (no stretching) following by getting a 30—40% erection, much the same as if I were doing an obend. Then, slowly, I began performing ulis for about 7 minutes and actually tried 3 minutes of obends. The glans did become enlarged and hard, but softened when pressure was released. It seemed to deflate quickly too.

Obviously something of this nature won’t be cured overnight, which is unfortunate. So, Shilow, how long would you think/recommend doing this treatment. Again, my glans did respond, but seemed to go soft rather quickly. I’m assuming that a full recovery will take time… I’m hoping that I’ll wake up in the morning and my fireman will be wearing a full helmet instead of the recent toque.

You should heal in a few days, if there is a problem you would feel excessive discomfort. I do not think this is the case. Your glans is very formidable in strength and resisting rupture or injury. It is the end of the pipe and must take the most abuse (pressure/penetration trauma etc), so it was designed with that in mind.

It is a good exercise for increasing glans size, you do not have to perform them for health reasons but doing the exercise 3 or 4 times a week will suffice to help restore proper circulatory rhythm.

I’ll continue with the exercise and see how the glans react. No, there was no discomfort at all, but there was a slight tingling afterwards which I attributed to getting the blood moving.

Well, after a brief bout with thrombosis, I tried the uli routine as suggested. A low erection, roughly 20%, and instead of moving my hand forward as it’s done in the video, I just clamped at the base with one hand, trapping the blood, while doing a jelq with the other. (A jelq squeeze I think its called?) After about 3 weeks of this the results haven’t been encouraging. The glans are still soft. I have been jeqing during this time as well, essentially, after I do the first routine (only about 5 minutes) I let the erection subside and then move on with 10 minutes of low level jelqing. I’m starting to think if I should just give up on the jelqing entirely. There has been no discomfort of any kind and morning wood has become morning iron. I mean, I could club a seal with this thing. However, the head remains the softest point.

Any other reports? Or suggestions?

I assume you are discouraged with the size of your head during a full-on erection. The head is always soft, relatively speaking, otherwise penetration could be more of a delicate issue. The head is one of those genetic predetermined physiologic, the gene that determines mouth shapes and sizes also plays a role in the corona.

I would recommend a 3 part Uli on an engorged penis. It is kind of hard to explain but it replicates a “play—doh fun factory.” The objective is to squeeze your head through the “ok sign” of the right hand (thumb & pointer). Take your left hand and with the “ok” grip (palm & middle finger)squeeze tightly at the base, with that in place move up the shaft with another “ok” grip (thumb & pointer) and squeeze tightly. At the same time with your right hand “ok grip” (thumb & pointer) place it in position to force your corona through a tight hole and squeeze and force the helmet through; hence the “fun factory” analogy.

This will balloon the head to the maximum degree using blood pressure and peeling back with the other hand. You want to keep the base of the penis shut down so blood does not travel back but instead forces all pressure to the head. Doing these on a regular basis should begin to change the quality of your glans appearance. When you use the right hand the force should be a little painful at first because you will be stretching your urethra (piss-hole) but persevere and you will habituate to the excessive stretch.

Hmmmm that is kinda hard to understand :confused: but I’ll try what you are saying and observe the results over the next two weeks (I’ve been previously doing a 1 on, 1 off routine). It sounds like I need another hand…or buy a play doh fun factory :D . I gather that the overall goal is to keep the blood flowing into the head long enough to restore proper circulatory rhythm. I have been clamping at the base with my free hand and forcing blood forward, which, at the end of the exercise, gives the head a full feeling. However, when an erection begins, the head still remains softer than before (I’d say about 75% of its regular hardness). Yes, I am discouraged with the soft head, but, frankly, the unit still works overall with no pain or discomfort, although ejaculation is still premature. I’ll just keep working towards the same level of hardness I had prior to the injury.

Im pretty sure our problem has to do with something with the deep dorsal vein. When I kegal blood in filling the cs and glands and press down at the base of my penis ontop of the dorsal I dont really loose any blood from the cs or glands. I take my thumb off the vein and the blood pours out like a fawcett.

I have this exact same problem. I can get the center of my dick hard easily but I have to hold down on the front of it where the blood vessels are to get the rest of it. It’s like the outside of my penis is completely flaccid and only the inner is hard if I don’t do this. If I sit leaning forward a certain way to clamp down on the PC then I can get a nice normal erection. I remember having to do this long before PE I always clamp down with one hand on the base and use my left hand to jack off I’m wondering if I force myself to use just one hand will it fix the problem.

BTB jelqing will work wonders for that glans. I’d tone down the routine a bit and increase it more gradually. Throw in 100 BTB jelqs, then 200, etc.

Stop PEing and it will go back to normal within a few months. Most people here would not consider this as the best alternative though.
