Glans fulling after the shaft/Glans exercises opinions

Here’s the thing:

After I started PEing I get hard easy as hell BUT I noticed that only my shaft gets hard that quiclky - my glans don’t.
It really looks funny, by the way… to get it full, no big deal, I just have to begin some strokes until it’s “equally” filled.

So… I’m here to ask two things:

1. Have this ever occured to any of you?

2. What are the best glans expansion exercises?

a) I’m new to PE (less than a month), the results have been amazingly impressive (in real numbers, I mean) — I’m a newbie, still —, do you think I should incorporate glans expansions exercises already? I haven’t even got to 30 minutes of jelqing. :)
b) If so, should I do it before or after stretching or jelqing or should I do it in a separate session?

I’ll give you the same answer I gave in this thread on the same subject asked less than 48 hours ago: Lack of hardness in the head. There are very few questions a new guy can ask that haven’t been asked (often more than once) before.

Thanks Westla, you’re one of the best guys in this forum, but I guess I haven’t been as explicable as I could. :)

The thing is - If I’m standing on my foot and get an erection, everything goes well: my penis gets full, my glans gets full and no need to kegel at all to hold any blood anywhere (my glans is even larger since I started PE, I can visibly notice… it’s more pointed also), just a normal (and must say, way better, harder and bigger since started PE) erection.

BUT

If I’m seated and get aroused (by thinking or seeing anything) my shaft gets easily hard and my glans need just a few strokes to get blood flowing (nothing to do with pressure, I tried stroking just with the tip of my fingers and the same results were obtained) and get to its normal size.
IF I hold a kegel, the glans will keep the size. If I release the kegel, the glans will get smaller faster (and somehow fast, I think) than the shaft. If I keep stroking, the head keeps big.

I don’t remember how it was before PE so I don’t know… I’ve never kept so many daily time looking at my penis. :P
I’m taking as much caution as I can… heating before, heating after, slowly time progression, no PIs, etc..

By elimination I can guess that, if it can get to its normal size if I’m standing on my foot (with no strokes or kegel, just with arousal), there’s no kind of nerve or vein damage at all (it’s just a guess since I’m a newbie, but I think that if there was some damage it will prevent from holding blood in any manner, not just in this or that position).

By the reading I did, guys with leak veins couldn’t hold the blood with kegels since the veins couldn’t trap the blood to get the glans full.

Well, I think this is it…

Everybody will help me a lot even if saying “Man, you’re fine, stop being stupid :P” because sometimes I think I take overcaution in many, many, many things in my life… I know, never is too much when we’re talking about our penises but…

I’m affraid I’m just getting obsessive with a problem that does not exist.

Everything leads me to think that it’s just an obvious gravity result since everything tends to go down (or to the center of the Earth if you prefer) so, if my penis is pointing up and I’m doing nothing to keep blood flowing, the first thing that will dry up in blood it’s obviously the top.

I have problems with compulsive obsessive disorder so I apologize if I’m just bothering. :(

It’s a very common human problem but I have this specially with body things… geez, I remember how it was it was when I started bodybuilding… ridiculous. :(

When seated you might be compressing the lower, inner part of the corpus spongiosum which would prevent the glans from enlarging with an erection. If you can get a normal erection when standing, or lying in bed, then don’t worry about it.

Perhaps you ride a bike to much crushing the pudendal nerve,vein and artery.

Get into ballooning great for head expansion, both heads! Hehehe!

Yes, don’t tell me… countless nights I’ve lost because of OCDs… usually the problem which leads to OCD doesn’t exist and it can’t be “solved”. That’s why it’s such a bitch… you can’t solve it and you can’t forget it and, to get worse, after spending so much time thinking about it you will realize that… you don’t have this problem!!!

I tried, in the moment you said, laying in bed and it seems pretty much the same… if I’m on my side or even if I’m like I was having sex on the classic “mom and dad” position, my glans are big and full. I if lay my back in the bed and put the penis “back” to point it to the ceiling, the “glans fading” starts.

A thing I should tell is that if I push my thumb against the shaft the head keeps its size.

ANOTHER thing I should tell (this is an important one I’ve just noticed) is that EVEN TOTALLY FLACCID, just hanging around, the glans is bigger than when I’m erect and point it to the ceiling (just a note: if I take the flaccid penis and point it up, the fading glans starts and its just a matter of putting it down to get the glans full again).

Westla, you can’t imagine how GOOD it was just to hear this “don’t worry about it”. Thank you, really. :)

With this new things I told, you remain with the same opinion?

I really think now that this is a gravity problem but I must confess it freaked the hell out of me for a while… this is my first skipping day since I began PE

I wouldn’t think so since most of the pressure (aside from the stretching force) is on the ventral side of the penis. If you’re using your wrist or a wide piece of PVC pipe, then the part of the corpus spongiosum being compressed is fairly large, so that should spread out the force. If it’s being done over a relatively small cylinder (say, a broom handle) then there might be some concern for urethral injury.

Well, that is unusual. You must have a large bulb (the inner part of the CS, see: 3corpora.jpg) which somehow drains the glans when you’re in certain positions. I still wouldn’t worry about it. If you can get a normal erection in a “normal” sexual position, then things are working as well as you would want them to. A slight reduction in the glans size shouldn’t make much difference in your ability to have (or give) pleasurable sex.

Well, in that case you’re right about the potential. I did them for a while when I was actively involved with PE (2003-2004, I’m now mostly a commentator and observer here) and I never had any trouble. The original was done with manual pressure using the web of the thumb as the pressure point. That place being somewhat compressible probably helped prevent any direct, concentrated pressure on the dorsal nerve. If a “tool” was employed, then there would probably be more likelihood of injury. Many guys have used that method and I don’t recall any mention of symptoms related to nerve damage. If it’s a large concern you could always try a variation such as the A stretch or a sideways V stretch which would avoid direct pressure on the dorsal aspect of the shaft. Good luck.
