Even if I could be considered as a vet now, I’m more than lost in my long term plateau (7 or 8 months now). Tried three or actually four different routines from Oct ‘02 to April ‘03 with no progress whatsoever :confused: . I’ve taken almost three weeks totally off from PE (moved in together with my girlfriend :inlove: , and feel totally refreshed and ready for breaking the plateau now. My girlfriend is in school for rest of the month until her summer holyday begins (I just finished this season), therefore I’ve got all the time in the world for that time for my penis! B-)

Anyone who has been in the same situation, and passed it, feel free to suggest me a routine using manual methods in this thread or by PM. Thank you. God bless. Good night…

Are you talking length or girth?

Are you following the LOT theory, and doing DLD blasters?

What about hanging?

Length is my major concern now, but actually I’m not satisfied with my girth either - so… I have to say both, but lenght first, definitely.

I gave a lot of thought to LOT (mine is at around 7:00), and did approx 10-15 minutes of (upward) twisted blasters a day at least 4 times a week for at least a month with no success :confused:

Hanging, well, I’ve always hoped that I don’t have to go there. Rather not.

I know, we’ve been talking about this before. Still, I am pretty confident that once you learned to use a hanger, it would probably break you thru your plateau, since you already have a low lot and probably do tunica work and that’s one hard thing to stretch.
“The last thing you haven’t tried is probably the one.” This is the way I think and this is usually how it works, atleast it does when I’m debugging my code. ;)
How about jelqing? Have you been doing lately and how? You can trust me even if we do have this bet going… :chuckle:

Maybe you need 30 minutes 6 times a day to break the limiting factors. Or two months. Just a random numbers, but you get the point.

Can you feel the soreness from your workouts? Or have you noticed any increases in FSL?

She probably doesn’t have a clue, even if I jokingly told her about PE - a weird thing I found on Internet. ;)

Haven’t done any PE for last two-three weeks, but today I’ll start a routine, but don’t know yet what kind of… :confused: I have to do some jelquing if I’m gonna catch you… :( :)

I know, I know… Big numbers… Last time I did long workouts with no off-days, I ended up in an ED situation in a week. Maybe I give it another try with more off days.

The soreness thing has always been a mystery to me. I’ve never really felt it, even if I know that I’m doing it right and at high intensity. FSL has remained the same, like EL.

I concur longer workouts with 2 days of a week. If you notice the ED, maybe you could change the frequency then, or maybe you could time your workouts so that you have a long rest time before you see your girlfriend next.

I would speak to DLD if you are set on manual stretching, i’m sure he can help you out.

Probably would be the same with my girl. Or else she would’ve probably figured it out already. She has found some parts of my home made hangers. I just told her that they are these home exercise equipments I’m working on. Not too far from the truth, you know. ;)

Just remember to start slow and build up the intensity day by day. The biggest scare I’ve gotten from PE was after only 1 week’s break of jelqing I did a real killer jelq routine. Boy was my boy black. :down: :D

Johan- I am like you and don’t really want to hang. I found a stretch that I use that is kind of an alternative and can be done comfortably for a long period of time.It seems to be working for me. If you want to check it out it is on page 4 of the main members section and is under UTL stretch. If you have any questions I will be glad to help. CL

I will jelq 30+ (up to 60) minutes 5on-2off or 2on-1off-2on-2off if more rest is needed. Never gained anything doing jelqs, so I’ll give ‘em one more shot with longer workouts, because they should work the tunica out… Simple. Comments?

I did exactly what you plan to do here a couple of years ago, (I did 45mins 2on 1off) and it did jack shit for me. I thuought, i’d never done a jelq specific routine over 30 mins, so I will try a longer routine and start from scratch. I wish I never did, because jelqing does not work for me.

I would go with stretching if I were you.

I’d dry some REAL HEAVY HC dry jelqs. More on the lines of Ulis than jelqs actually. To be completely honest, I believe they gave me the 18 cm -> 18.5 cm. Actually I believe they gave me that in one week. This is weird because generally heavy jelqs (near 100% erection) are concidered more of a girth exercise. I didn’t gain any girth at all.

To continue my newest hobby; “being honest and open”, I’ll point out that I’ve been doing the aforementioned jelqs with “no pain, no gain” attitude (I warning everybody to not to do so. Pain BAD!). Just waiting to get injured. But the gains…man…the gains. Cannot resist the calling to make the little bugger to feel some of that BURN! :bang:
