The following is an Extremely Advanced Routine, and could cause injury to the unconditioned penis. Caution is advised

Incorporating PE with Sex comes up a lot at TP. I have had very good luck not to mention a lot of fun with this, and thought I’d share my experience.

I realize not everyone on the forum has the kind of relationship where they share the PE experience with their partner, but there are a lot of advantages in being able to do this. By bringing sex play into your routines you will stick to your routines better. Being a soft music, wine and candlelight lover, I don’t recommend this as a replacement for romance, but rather as a fun way to a bigger dick. After a lot of experimentation, I’ve come up with a girth routine that will not only give you a fat dick, but will keep your significant other smiling and perhaps even encouraging you to do this for them several times a week.

The first part of this routine is mostly solo, but your partner should be on retainer for the entire session. Always work girth in front of porno. This is a must. Consider pornography as part of the equipment listed below.

Equipment:

1: ONE Count em, one single mid-sized cable clamp.
2: A single strip of neoprene cut 1” wide about as long as your erect dick.
3: One vacuum tube with a hose long enough to suck on. You don’t need a hand-pump or a gauge. We will be working with very little pressure here.
4: Heating pad and a thick rubber band.
5: One of Monty’s old lead rings, or a reasonable facsimile
6: At least one screen of porn in front of you. I use six images pan-a-ram porn.
7: An industrial strength vibrator, one that shakes the room. Walmarts, US $40.00
8: PE partner.

Swimming pool and hot tub are optional

If you have one of these old lead PE weights, Place Ring in the Freezer: before you begin.

Begin the routine with/or without partner. Having them sit beside you massaging your balls, getting you rock hard is a nice start. Once you are rock hard, send partner to watch Oprah, and slide your dick into a slightly lubricated tube, wrapped in the heating pad secured with the thick rubber band.

Suck the hose for just enough suction to suck your dick into the tube. Disconnect the hose and begin milking the hot tube while watching porn. Try to masturbate yourself toward ejaculation, but Do Not Ejaculate Not yet.

Now you are Edging:: Press the back, flat part of the Big Back Massager against your scrotum at first, then later press it against the heating pad wrapped tube, but keep milking. The idea is to milk and vibrate yourself right up to the edge, but don’t go over. When you feel you are getting close to the point of no return, STOP Switch off the vibrator, stop milking, close your eyes to the porn and concentrate on NOT going over. Once you have recovered, start milking, then vibrating balls, and continue this cycle as long as possible, or at least until after Oprah:

When you feel you have gone as far as you can go, before your dick becomes too numb to finish, or when Dr. Phil is over, call out to your partner who should then go to the bed, get up in the dogie style position. Warning There has been some speculation on the forum that ejaculating while clamped may be dangerous, but then again, all of this is probably dangerous, so do so at your own risk.

THE COOL DOWN

Once you have ejaculated inside PE partner, pop off the clamp and wrap, then take the frozen ring from the freezer and slip it on your dick and press it all the way to the base.

I’m not sure if Monty’s still makes these things. I haven’t spoken with him in years. But, years ago he sent me a set of really big ones. With the rubber coating stripped off they are huge, and perfect for my post pumped/clamped swollen dick. Golf weights are just too small; you need a pretty big ring for this due to the post routine girth.

The silicon cock-rings that come with some cylinders will work, the one with the finger grips on the side, they work great in the hot tub, but for swimming or jogging, I prefer the cold kiss of lead. Lead holds temperature well and, of course is very heavy. However, caution must be taken against letting lead come in contact with open sores on the skin. If you strip these babies, make sure your dick is free of cuts and/or abrasions. Pull all that loose scrotal skin forward through the ring, to keep it on, and then go for a swim. Force all that abused tissue to cool down while in the engorged state, where the engorgement is trapped by the frozen ring. I honestly believe cells can slowly be, trained, for lack of a better word, to sustain their enlarged size, when they are frozen in the engorged state.

This is all theory, of course. I have no medical documentation to back this up, it is simply my gut opinion, and a conclusion I have drawn due to my own gains, and having done this for so long. I have asked my doctor’s opinion on this, and she says it is possible, but no probable. She also says it is probably DANGEROUS. :whatever:

HOT & COLD

After your swim, hit the hot tub and finish up with some deep dry jelqs. Even though they are under the hot water, I call these dry, because you are digging in deep without lube, or with just the little left over from the tube. To finish up Slip the now HOT ring back on, and wear it till you go to bed.

Could you expand on the cold idea? I’ve heard this mentioned before…someone thought of cooling his his penis while in the clamp (frightening idea), but you’re idea seems interesting. Have you noticed specific results from it?

Yeah, this is nothing new. The idea is that during these intense, heated, girth routines the cells of the tunica are expanded well beyond the usual size, while they are hot. Then after the session, by trapping fresh blood in to hold the enlarged cells, and applying ice, we can freeze, or train the cells to stay in that expanded state. I think the heat does more than just help us slow down injuries; it opens everything up to the maximum expansion. The ice, or cold lead stops the process. If we weren’t holding the trapped blood in, the dick would shrivel up into the warm fat pad to heal, healing up in that shrunken condition, I believe you can actually lose flaccid length like this, or at least make length gains harder to get. This is why I say never let your dick retract into the pad, especially after workouts.

Also, I have a few ideas on healing slowly while expanded. We need to keep as much healthy blood swelling our dick as possible, all the time. It’s not that hard. I dry jelq almost continuously around the house, whenever I can spare a hand. There is no reason your wanger should ever be turtled up inside you. LongView, it is hard to say what has giving me my gains, because I’ve done everything, tried every method, and every gadget anyone ever sent me, some of them more vigorously than others, but as mentioned in your other thread, I haven’t kept a good record of the results gained from the different methods. My bad. Your methodical approach of precisely analyzing what works and what does not, is better PE.

HANGING

I hung pretty intensely for a couple of years, got up to 40 pounds with the Bib. I would do a 20 minute set at 20 pounds, 10 minutes at 30, and five at 40, swinging the weights, between my legs, swirling them like a helicopter, laying back in my office chair with feet up on the deck for between the cheeks, over each chair arm for side pulls, over a bar for fulcrum hang, even rigged a pulley into a ceiling stud over my desk for pulling straight up. I was even building things, like the Girtha-Bench, a bench with a hole cut in it for hanging and, of course, for fucking. It turned out to work best for the later activity.

INJURIES

Needless to say, I suffered a lot of injury back then, bruised urethra a couple of times, torn frenulum, several T-veins, one pretty bad one that put me on hiatus for three years. I was dating a doctor at that time. She stayed after me continuously for abusing my dick. I actually had two different doctors, warned me against clamp-on PE devices, after showing them the gadgets, and even demonstrating the use of clamps. This is probably where the term, “Self Induced Priapism” came from. They, along with several women in my life, finally convinced me. I gave up the hanger, but will never give up the clamp or the tube, because I know they work.

BIB

I’m not saying anything negative against, Bib. The man is a legend here, and has contributed as much of, if not more than any member on this forum. He built a very well crafted device that actually works, maybe a little too well. The hanger’s efficiency in allowing users to hang such high weights, alone, makes it a dangerous device when in the hands of over zealous PEers such as myself at that time. Used with caution, in the manor it was designed to be used, with moderate weights, the hanger works extremely well, however, I now believe vacuum style hangers are a better choice, even though they can not support the extreme weights.

VACUUM HANGERS.

I actually feel this method of hanging is probably the future, and the Clamp on style is the Old School. The first one, that I wrote a review on worked well in the beginning, but had some problems. Blisters, I seem to recall, being the biggest problem. Then MonkeyBar came out with one that worked better, much better. I understand he no longer makes this hanger, and I’m not sure why. He sent me the prototype and I still have it. It also had a problem of the sleeve’s tearing. Perhaps this is why he discontinued the product. However, those last, extra-thick sleeves lasted a long time. I could only hang about ten pounds with this hanger, but could literally hang all day long. I think hanging 10 pounds all day is more effective than 40 pounds for five minutes, especially if you end the session with the frozen lead rings.

I’m not promoting any particular device, simply the ideology behind hangers that pull from the tip, rather than clamp onto the sides of the shaft. Pulling from the tip causes less skin stretch, but most importantly, I believe pulling from the tip, works against the forces that causes the dick to retract in the first place. This is why hand held fingertip pulls, like we use with manual stretches are so effective. Because less weight is being used with more comfort, users will spend more time hanging. In PE, slow and steady wins the race. After I discovered vacuum hanging the injuries slowed down, but so did the noticeable length gains. Eventually they stopped altogether. That’s when I stopped hanging.

Maybe I just topped out on length at two inches, or maybe I just stopped putting as much effort into hanging because I was satisfied with my length, not to mention just tired of all the aggravation, but I honestly feel that I would have made more progress with less trauma if I’d know about this vacuum method of hanging in 2003.

When I look back on that time, I realize it was a pretty painful period in my PE carrier. I wouldn’t recommend that kind of agony for anyone. I’m still not sure the two-inch length gain and the three or four years it took me to get it were worth all the time and energy I put into it.

But girth has always come easy for me, and I honestly feel most of my girth gains have come by the methods described on this thread. Out of all the stuff I’ve tried, the only things I’ve stuck with are, Clamping, Pumping, Fowfers and the lead rings. I feel I’m still gaining total volume, but there is no way I’m gaining any more length.

The major reason I’ve been apprehensive about heat has been due to the possible sperm count issues (which I never see mentioned for some reason). I remember, vaguely, reading about heat (or lack of it, basically extreme temperatures) having a detrimental effect on sperm count.

Anyway, here’s what I’ve done:

Heat: I’ve heated my penis while clamped routinely for several weeks using water (IR lamp = radiation). The only effect I see is that my penis seems to have more feeling to it while clamped - not that I’m numb, but it seems to regain full sensation. Also, it gets less hard. This feeling, which I am sure of, made me stop heating under clamp.

Cold: too frightened to try cooling while clamped and don’t have gold weights yet. Cold is supposed to cause increased blood flow, I’ve heard of cold/hot routines used for physical therapy, to cause blood to flow in quickly and out. But too much cold must have disasterous effects…and I’ve been under the impression that the cold we’d need (while clamped, I never thought of using it afterwards) would be detrimental to penis health.

Heat on your balls aint good, thats for sure. I always isolate my balls when im using heat.

Long: I’m suggesting you apply the cold after your workout, not before or during. I would never freeze a clamped dick. Then, again, you might be on to something there.

If you are concerned with fertility, and are in the process of trying to impregnate someone, yes, I would keep heat away from the scrotum. This is why nature selected to hang our balls outside our body, to keep them cool. It is also why sometimes fertility doctors suggest ice packs to the scrotum before sex. But I don’t think heating the scrotum will harm the ability to produce live sperm in a normal healthy body. You might shoot blanks right after a heated session, but once your balls are cool again I’m sure the little fellows would once again be swimming.

This is a new one for me; I’ll ask Doc about it.

As a Mod with some medical background, I don’t know how safe it is to be placing bare lead on your body. I suppose if its not too long and you wash off well afterward it should be OK. I think that you can get absorption through the skin, I’m not positive, but err on the side of safety and wash well afterward.

Second, I would think you have the chance of frost bite by putting a lead ring from the freezer tightly against your skin. You have done it enough so I will again have to assume that you don’t get frost bite, so maybe there isn’t enough cold potential to damage the skin and it warms up before damage is done. Again, though I would be a bit careful when first trying this.

Third, I would think cumming while clamped might put a lot of back pressure on the urethra, but I guess with a cable clamp not much pressure is on the urethra and it can be done safely. I would caution anyone who wishes to try this to make sure the urethra isn’t being compressed.

There are so many aspects of this routine that just sound like you are cutting your safety margins down, but you did give a serious warning in the beginning. Glad to see you are a reformed man and no longer do things to beat the shit out of your dick! :)

Heat will kill the sperm you have, but not stop the ability to make more. It might take a couple weeks though, not positive on that time frame, but certainly not within days. A note of caution, if you want to use it as contraception, if ALL of them aren’t killed you can still get her pregnant so I wouldn’t count on it for that purpose.

Yep, that’s why the disclaimer in RED Never let lead touch open sores or abrasions. Keep the rings clean, wash them with soap and hot water before freezing. In fact, if you buy these, I highly recommend leaving the plastic coating on, as does Monty. For me the rings take quite a beating, in the pool and hot tub and all. So the rubber wears off eventually. But I really prefer them stripped. The rubber coating makes them too tight, and it chafes me a might. I have been using them bare for a long time and have so far never experienced any symptoms of lead poisoning. Unless it might account for my short-term memory loss, but I figure that is more from all the weed and rum.

I don’t think they get cold enough for frostbite. The cold against skin feels pretty dammed good, actually, not numbing cold, just refreshing. Body heat heats them up pretty fast.

This is another reason for clamping at the base, as deep into the pad as you can press the clamp If you clamp this way with sufficient wrap you will not be putting too much pressure on the urethra. But if you feel uncertain about this, just pop the clamp before you cum. I like shooting while clamped, it’s like holding one’s thumb over the end of a garden hose. You’ll be amazed how far you can shoot under pressure.
