Hi all,

After a long break from PE I’m back at it and focusing exclusively on girth for now. Current routine:

1. 15 minutes jelqing every day (I started below 10 minutes and slowly worked up here).

2. All day cock-ring and behind the ball LIGHT clamping as often as I can. Also, as often as I can during the day, I try to get an erection and do some dry jelqing and kegel in blood. Basically trying to stay engorged as much as possible and never turtling. I also clamp of my morning erection, but it’s a rather careful clamp, so I don’t consider it clamp work.

Sadly, I was a little sloppy with starting measurements, but I’m confident I’ve had some initial gains already. But there’s at least half an inch to go before I’m happy.

Anyway, I digress a little.

What I’m curious about is what you guys think is necessary in terms of actually gaining girth?

With this current routine, I’m getting good/moderate expansion and the benefit is that my EQ is mostly good throughout the week and I have a good engorgement.

At the same time, I feel that I might have to up the ante eventually and add either more jelqing or clamping and pumping. This begs the question: Should I go for more expansion for my girth work?

In the past, I’ve done some girth work where my dick ends up huge during my session and it feels great, but consequently, my EQ suffers a lot and I turtle like crazy. This in turn affects subsequent sessions, i.e., not being able to get decent expansion. Also, not having good EQ outside my sessions might also hinder cementing gains?

My sex life ain’t that exciting nowadays, so I’m not dependent on great EQ all week long, so this is more from a gain perspective.

PS: Girth has always been hard for me as opposed to length, but this time I’m determined I’ll reach my goals. :)

I believe that you will need rest days to gain girth, although a person could still work everyday and still grow. On the percentage game, these kind of person are on the lower side of the statistics.

About the cock ring, surely an nice approach to avoid the turtling effect. Better yet if your flaccid girth with cock ring overtakes your erect girth, signs of gains to come.

I keep hearing about huge expansion during PE. Is this fluid buildup or is it actual expansion?

I’ve never gotten much more than 1/4 inch non-fluid expansion during PE, and I’ve been doing it for years.

I’ve only gotten 3/8” without fluid buildup and that’s on seldom occasions. But, I do think there’s something to a certain amount of buildup. *shrugs* I know that pumping, what I get in the tube and what I have after the session ends is different, even if I don’t have fluid afterwards. But exactly how large I get in the tube…can’t say.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

I get 1/4” expansion also while clamping. At the end of a 20min sessions SOMETIMES I’ll get 3/8” to even 1/2” by the end, but that usually fades pretty quickly once the clamp stays off. I’m 5.5”MSEG after clamping I’ll stay at 5.625 for a short period of time. Usually till I ejaculate and then I’ll rub off a few jelqs as I lay down to sleep.

I get a little fluid build up on long sets near my head. Dont think its related to gains.

Didn’t know that however I am happy as this is what is happening to me.

I might not get super expansion anyway, but I sure get noticeable more expansion pumping or clamping than I do jelqing.

Anyway, on topic, I’ve added clamping to my jelqs this week. That is, one 5 minute set after 15 minutes jelqing for starters. Moderate expansion set. Jelqing will be my bread and butter, but I’m thinking to add either clamping or pumping to just ‘cement’ my jelqing expansion and go a little further.

I’ve slept a little poorly this week, so that might be a factor also, but even though I only did two sets of clamping at 5 minutes, I’m already feeling it’s giving me negative EQ. For sure, I get some nice expansion during the set, but what’s the use if my EQ and expansion during the rest of the day is reduced?

Maybe I simply do clamping incorrectly or ain’t made for it. It seems to always give me trouble. I was hoping it’d be different this time, especially since warming up thoroughly with a good jelqing session.

I might simply do water pumping instead. Sadly, that’s more of a hassle, but it seems safer and has been much better for my EQ.

I’m now doing 15 minutes jelqing + 6 minutes water pumping mostly every day. I get good expansion during the jelqing. Certainly not monster expansion, but I’m above my erect size. More expansion during pumping.

EQ is good/very good. I’ve had aching morning wood this week. Also, I seem to have no problems keeping my penis fluff and semi-erect during the day. Quite the contrast to my struggles in the past.

I hope this is enough to gain girth. It would suck if I’m just below the threshold I need for girth gains. But I guess I need to be patient… :)

I’ve been doing all day clamping with wide rubber bands. So far so good. Only about a week in, maybe 9 days, and definitely an improvement in EQ. I meaure at the end of the month so we’ll see where I’m at. I put the rubber band on first thing in the morning and take
It off before I go to sleep at night. I stretch with it on, jelq with it on, always on. Besides when I’m sleeping. My flaccid length is absolutely up. That I have meausred. Flaccid girth is now about 4.3-4.5, before it was about 3.75, varies throughout the day, and length varies from 4.5-5. And length prior to this was about 4

Whenever I have a few minutes throughout the day at home I’ll clamp harder and throw on like 3-4 more rubber bands and do a quick intense session of clamping for about 5 minutes, kegeling throughout it. I do that about 3-6 times a day. It varies. Again, only about 7-9 days in. Can’t wait to see the results after months.
