Girth theory: Pumping vs. clamping

Would pumping help make your skin more stretchable? If I had a light pumping routine and then maybe bought an extender, or started hanging, could I see better length gains? I feel like clamping may have hampered my length gaining potential.

I tried this but it wasn’t comfortable for me. Also, I could not get the pressure right. It still believe post clamping after pumping is the key. Work up the outside then solidify through clamping from within. This is what I’ve learned through forum research. I got the DOD as a result.. And that is the DICK OF DEATH for the ones who don’t know. Dedication experimentation plus constant application.

Clamping: Increases pressure and volume inside the penis and therefor stretches the tunica directly.

Pumping: Decreases the Pressure surrounding the penis and thereby indirectly increases the volume. However, this volume effect can occur, at least in part, via expansion of the tissue between the skin and the tunica without affecting the tunica much.

Agreed.therefore, based on this concept of indirect and direct cause and effect; my routine outline is to go through a two stage pumping session using two different sized pumps (tube packing) then finish off with a 1 hour clamping session. But this only one of many.routines. Switch up with substitutes to avoid plateau syndrome.

I was wondering does base girth benefit you in sex?

Do you make a 1 hour clamping session after a session of pumping ? All in one session ??????

How lon does all the session take ?

Gains ? Permanent ?

I think what needs to be included here is the general principle of 10 minute limits on clamping to avoid discoloration of the outer dermal layers. Pumping doesn’t produce the same restriction upon the circulation of the fresh oxygenated blood as does clamping. It’s generally conceded that de-oxygenated blood gets trapped in the dermal layers and stays there for very long periods of time (months in some cases)

Hello everyone,

I did regular clamping for like half a year or so, always 20 minutes at a time, with good results in girth (my wife loved the change and told me so - feels wonderful, laugh). Then she wanted to have fun with the clamp on and we had a nice time together. But the next day I felt a big clump on my left side of my crotch (2 inches long, 1 inch wide, soft), there where lymph nodes are located and assumed that it came from the high pressure of the clamp. I stopped using the clamps now for like 3-4 weeks and slowly the big clump got smaller and smaller, now I’m back to normal, so to speak.

Just wanted to let you guys on here know that such “accidents” can happen. It’s not a really good feeling to assume that it can be some kind of tumor.. I’m happy that it wasn’t!

So there you go, hope my post within this topic isn’t at the wrong place!

Yeah. More force isn’t always the better. I think clamping can have some effect on hemorrhoids too.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I’ve been doing this routine for a week now and am seeing some temp gains, but would like to get some advice from veterans of pumping + clamping routines.

Routine:
Heat for 5 mins
Stretch using extender for 10 mins (tunica stretching)
Then pump with bath mate for 10 mins.

Clamp for 10
Jelq for 5
Break for 10 mins

Clamp for 10
Jelq for 5
Break for 10

Clamp for 10
Jelq for 5
Break for 10

And I do this routine for 3 days on, 1 day off.

If anyone can recommend any changes or see any bad things, please let me know. So far I’ve only seen positive signs and my EQ is very good

Oh yea, I also have been ejaculating only once a week now. It is really tough, but wonder if that is helping also.

I’ve done similar routines. I would use my hands and stretch in different directions rather than use the extender. I generally don’t take such long breaks between sets; I just do a minute of firegoat rolls and get back to the next set. But if you want to take the break, that’s fine. The fact you are seeing only positives suggests you are on the right track.

Don’t you clamp for girth though ?
I tried for 4 years to make pumping work and didn’t see as much as a mm from it, I’d have to agree enjoyable as it is it’s proved useless for gaining, for me at least.
