Girth limited length gains?

My Girth is 6inch. I want to increase length, but girth makes it difficult gains.
What are the best exercises to gain length with large girth?

You may need more stress to achieve the same elongation as someone with less girth, but any exercise that allows you to apply the necessary force should work fine. I can think of manual stretching, hanging, static stretching off the top of my head. Pumping with a more narrow packed tube MIGHT work for you too.

I haven’t found my girth prohibitive to length gains. Like Rootsnatty recommended get a good cylinder that’s a bit thinner but still gives room for girth and length expansion. It’s worked wonders for me. As a rule make sure you use a constant heat source.

What do you use for a constant heat source when you pump? I use and electric heating pad and the cylinder I use is 2”. I started off with a 1.75” cylinder, but that was too small, however; I definitely felt the heat when I pumped. I don’t feel the heat as much when I use the electric heating pad.

A heating pad or small space heater will do the trick.

For those who want to make your own heating pad..

- put a small towel in warm water so it’s completly drenched and squeezes the water out..

- put in microwave 1, 5 minutes.

- take a plastic bag with the hot towel in and then it’s ready to use.

Repeat after 10- 15 minutes..

Cheap and effective! :-)

I was almost 6” girth when I started PE. But I have made amazing lenght gains. So I don’t see an hinder becouse just a big girth that want lenght as well.

what routine gave you greater gains?

A lot of stretching.. regular and fulcrum stretches, both short and long holds. Wet & dry jelqing and this is the exercise I have not changed both time and intensivity with and always jelq max 10 minutes but focus to do every stroke the best I can and quality jelqing. Then I pumping also..
