Girth during Bathroom Breaks

Lets say my girth routine is at a point where 1 session would be too long to fit all my reps due to time constraints. If I did one warm-up session and did part of my routine and did about 5-10 horse440s during each pee break, would it matter since I’m not hot wrapping before them? I haven’t seen any success stories doing girth during pee breaks but haven’t seen that anyone tried it either. Right now i’m in college and my girth sessions are beginning to become too long in one sitting.

No exercise should be done without proper warmup, especially horse440 which is very intensive. Don’t risk.

I warm up with light stretches but not water. I never warm up or down anyway other than when doing pe in the shower other than that I warm up with light stretches.

Sed26, I got an injury from doing horses without warm up. You have been warned, I seriously advise you to come up with another option.

You’ve been PEin’g since 07 thus are well conditioned. Don’t worry about the warm ups, I rarely do any and gain fine. PE whenever and wherever you can to fit your life style.

Wait a second. Are you telling him not to worry just in this case or not to worry period? If what you say is true then a super conditioned dick would mean I don’t have to worry about warming up anymore.

Well if we’re talking about warm-ups here I haven’t done hot wraps since being here in college. My warm-ups are stretches. I never use hot wraps or anything unless I’m home and I gain fine. I even did stretch warm-ups when I clamped for a bit and nothing negative happened. Stretches are good warm-ups and heat is not required for a warm-up. I also know others who gained 1+ even though hot wraps wasn’t a part of their routine.

Warming up is something that is empirically proven to be a good thing. Are you guys really that lazy to spend extra 10-20 minutes on warming up and warming down?

I don’t think it’s lazy to skip warming up and down, Lets be honest a lot of people Stealth PE, which gives limited time and opportunity. Though warming up and down does hold relevance to importance, I think if he is only able to stretch to warm up I think that would be sufficient, I’m sure you might want to try and find a way to add a little heat before PE, there are many ways to do this.

Also, there has been a lot of studies on this forum about Cooling down rather than warming down, I am starting to use a cool water towel to cool down at the end of the day, it actually does feel quite good. ?But does naturally shrink things just a little, but it soon bounces back after.

Agreed.

I stealth pe and no I’m not too lazy to warm-up/down I just don’t have the time. Most times I do the stretch routine after taking dumps and some days I am able to stretch in my room. Other days I do pe in the shower. But not everyone has the time to spend those extra minutes on whatever because I’m in college and I have a roommate. Don’t even mention telling because there’s no convincing me to do that.

Yes I am in some ways to lazy. I think it’s an achievement in itself that I even bother to PE because I really aren’t motivated for much. Yet I have and stayed dedicated for over a year now. Obviously my dick means a lot to me. Personally I don’t think heat is a necessity since I’ve gained plenty without using it and I still am. It probably makes things safer. My common sense can’t see why tissue would become more pliable and deform easier with heat. It’s not like we’re moulding molten steel here. If heat was of benefit in this way wouldn’t there be some operations/procedures where it would be useful too?

Any way I think someone who has PE’d for 3 years would have a very well conditioned penis so doesn’t need to warmup before doing a few Horse squeezes. I got the stage in clamping where I could do no warm ups and could do bends and horses in the clamp and I wouldn’t even get any spots on the skin from it. After so long of jelqing and now clamping I build up a tolerance so I won’t easily be hurt.

Of course I would advise people warmup, don’t risk it like me. But in the thread makers case he can’t warmup because he’s doing it in a stealthy way which was a huge reason why I also never warmed up. I think if he takes it easy at first he will be okay.

I am pretty sure braindrain used to dry jelq on bathroom breaks. Look through his PE for life thread.
