Girth dilemma

For that past week or two Ive been doing a 2 on 1 off routine. On my on days, Im jelqing in the morning along with ulis and semi-erect bends and repeating this same routine or clamping at night, so Im doing PE twice a day. Within just a few days I noticed an increase in girth of around .15”. However, I just measured today and Im back where I started. I dont understand why its so damn hard for me to gain girth and why the gains fluctuate so much.

Twice a day, nooooooo! Girth work should only be done twice a week. With a 48-72 hour rest period between. The exercises are goo though you just need to cut back. Also girth can be shrunk by consuming to much caffeine.

I had no idea. Where did you hear about this?

Uli used to do his routine twice a day, thats where I got the idea from since nothing else has worked in the past. When I saw the .15” gain I got excited and thought I had finally found something that worked. Then when I realized today it was gone, I thought WTF.

Too much caffeine causes too high of an adrenaline-release…which cuts off the flow of blood to the penis.

Interesting…Ive been drinking sodas more frequently lately. Wonder if thats what caused me to lose the .15” I gained?

Caffeine restricts the dilation of blood vessels in your body causing poor circulation thus affecting erection quality.

You’re basically shooting yourself in the foot.

Same thing with smoking.

If you ever had a reason to give up smoking or quit drinking coffee, PE would be it.

BJ, I’d like to know how your EQ is right now. If it has stayed the same or increased since you changed up your routine, then your loss of size could just be random fluctuation. Girth does that alot. Measure again soon and see if the size comes back. Also, the size you saw could just be a temporary increase. Clamping can cause that to happen.

For what its worth though, working girth twice a day and 2 days in a row is quite a bit. What’s the routine look like exactly?

So…um….I smoke a pipe and cigars. I also love monster coffee and sweet iced tea, although i generally drink only water. My EQ is trough the roof as is my libido. Does that make me a freak or does that mean that the smoking/ drinking/ caffine thing does not effect all people equally. It should also be noted that, although I’ve been smoking since I was 17, my lung capacity ( tested by one of those things they givepatients after surgery) far exceeds what is expected out of a man half my age. Playing Devil’s advocate here, but wth a serious point to ponder.

Likely the tea habit is negating some of the ill effects of the cigars and cigs, water also negates some of these toxins as well. You would probably be superman if you quit smoking. Improving yourself even more. Do you still smoke natural tobacco? This may not have all the ill effects as the engineered crap most people smoke.

Also diaphramic breathing greatly increases ones health and energy levels. I do this religiously now. I am a habitual abdominal breather.

That may have worked for Uli but it may not work for you. You may be one of those “less is more” types. Soda is worse than coffee at least with coffee you get some antioxidant power there. Sodas have no power at all just empty calories.

I dont understand why I can’t gain girth no matter what I do and as soon as I think something is working, Im mistaken.

Also, Im not drinking much caffeine or soda. Maybe one a day or a sprite which is caffeine free. I really doubt this is related, I just cant gain any damn girth.

How long have you been doing this routine?
How long are your warm ups?

Girth fluctuates more than length does, so you may still be retaining the girth.

Just looked at your pics, your girth measurement seems high up on your shaft. Try lowering to the half way point. Also you look thicker than 5.1” Perhaps you may need to test the measuring tape. Overtime they can stretch and inch on the tape measure can be an inch and a quarter. To me you prick seems to be almost two inches wide. It is almost twice as wide as the width of the ruler.

As someone who has gained > 1 1/8” of erect girth, I’d give you a few pointers (since your thread seems to request it):

(1) For girth, train 1-on-1-off
(2) For girth, do only 1 session per day
(3) Do a good hot wrap (damp heat) before & after
(4) For a few months try this routine with just slow, strong wet jelqs (every 10 or so, do a good “squeeze” at the base for 20-30 seconds).

Personally, I think you’re doing too much. With length, it’s the opposite: “More is more.” But with girth, “LESS is more.” Girth work is just naturally more intense than length (you’re trying to enlarge the tissues via internally-invoked stressors; with length, externally-invoked stressors). Too much girth work just traumatizes the tissues.

Ditto the above. That “increase” of 0.15” that you thought you had was just swelling, inflammation - from the trauma.
