My wife, who is a nurse, was taking my bloodpressure the other day. The good news is that it’s 130/74 - down significantly since my smoking days, & before I cut out salt.
But as she was pumping up the cuff, I couldn’t believe how damn tight it became on my arm - like it was going to completely crush my upper arm. I got to thinking….I’ll bet with a little tinkering that cuff could be modified - or one could be made from the parts - so that the cuff was less than 2” wide.
With just a few quick pumps…imagine the Uli you could achieve, it could probably be a radical girth exercise (if you’re careful).
Start with about 10 1-minute sets (with about 30 sec. rest in between).
