In your experience, what is the best length routine when the penis girth is 6 inches or more?

I think that girth is larger (6 inch or more) and more difficult they are gains in length.

Thats your options.. you likely wont experience gains that fast especially if your ligaments are already fairly loose.. I’m talking years to make reall gains but u never know
