The last couple of days I’ve been focusing on CS Blasters and - O-Bends. Additionally, I jelq and do minimal Horse 440’s. This works! I’ve gained 1/16” in a couple of days. My girlfriend’s been commenting a lot.. :)

I just started O-bends and CS Blasters 2-3 days ago. And I gained the 1/16” girth through doing them.

I work out at least twice a day (10-20 minutes per session). I do a combination of mostly jelqing and O-bends with minimal stretching, Horse 440’s, CS Blasters. I couple O-bends with stretching, as they’re both low erection exercises for me. I take a break in jelqing for a couple of Horse 440’s from time to time, doing both of them at a higher erection level. I make sure to fit some good CS Blasters in there as well. I kegel throughout the day. I try to take a shower after exercising for a warm-down. When I’m working out I pay very close attention to avoid potential injuries. I also focus and keep my goal in mind, making sure to apply enough pressure for my penis size to actually increase. I try to make every session count.

I put the o bends back in my routine. Hopefully it will push me to 5.5
