getting rid of the fat pad

Does anyone have any recommended exercises for getting rid of the layer of fat surrounding my penis. It is not excessive as i am not really overweight, but it certainly isn’t helping anything either.

The body stores fat in many different places, and fat is burned indiscriminately. Meaning that there is no way to burn fat in a particular area in your body (without liposuction). If you want to lose the fat pad, you’re going to have eat less/exercise more.

The pubic fat pad is there for a reason and even skinny guys have one. The only sure way to reduce it is with liposuction.

I wish I didn’t have the fat pad from hell!! I can press out 7.375 pre-workout, but have a hard time getting 6.000 NBP. I have thought about lypo, seriously. I`m sure that shit is gonna hurt like hell. I understand that getting rid of a large majority of it, is almost impossible without lypo. Some people store a lot of fat there, and some don’t.
I say you gotta live with it, or get it sucked out! My dick would “look” huge without it, in comparison.

Best way to reduce the fat pad is by working the thighs. BIcycle, tread mill, run, swim, sex. Lots and lots of sex with the man or woman of your choice.}

I have no problem seeing one guy slam another guy in the ass. I don`t know why, I just can`t watch them kiss! I guess a kiss seems to sensual. I don`t think of a guy as sensual.
I have had plenty of gay friends, some of the best people.

As far as the fat pad, You can`t take fat off in certain places, just cause you attack that area. Your body has NO idea what you are doing. You CAN tighten muscles in certain areas, but you CAN`T target certain areas for fat removal. That’s just the real facts.

So, losing weight should help the problem, but if you are predisposed to have a thick fat pad, live with it or go have lypo.

Best way to burn fat is sprints. Look at Olympic sprinters body’s. Do like 10 - 20 mins of sprints 3 days a week.

If you don’t feel like just sprinting then join a soccer league or play racquetball.

I lost alot of weight and kept most of my fat pad.

Me, too.

Lost 130 pounds still have a two inch fat pad. But at one time I had about a four inch fat pad and a two inch dick, so things are looking up.

That’s about my story. Lost around 100 pounds and put on 30 of muscle and still have about a 2 inch fat pad.

If you don`t like your fat pad, GET LYPO. I know, this is a pro NPE site, but thats just the way it is..
