Getting back to the basics
I’ve been inconsistent over the years and have not yet experienced gains. I’ve used pump, Penimaster and maxxtender. Before Thunder’s, I also did jelq and stretching for about a month and been inconsistent afterwards. I still haven’t gained.
What do you guys think, should I get back to the newbie routine and still wear my Penimaster? (I haven’t been using it because of injury for the last 3 weeks, I’m almost healed now)
It would be newbie routine + 5-10 hours/day Penimaster. Maybe I’d use the Penimaster to keep my unit stretched after workout for an hour or two.
What do you think, maybe the key to gains could be getting back to the basics?
