Hi there.

Basically what this thread is about is how difficult it is to get back into doing PE.
I have tried getting myself back in by giving myself times and planning of what I am going to do.

But as you can guess I have not been able to do it.
So what I would really like is if there is any hints to keeping a schedule.

Because I did gain on a old routine of mine a while back but I just have not been able to get myself back into it.
I have also been thinking of spicing things up with a pump but trying to find a British website to buy from.

So at this point I am going to use this thread as a diary of my routine and a little censored bit of my social and working life (As long as that is OK with Thunder and the moderators)to see if it will help me keep this routine down for once.

It will be a simple 200 Jelq a day 5 days on 2 days off for one month to start. (Medium Strength jelqing)

I want to start tomorrow so I should hopefully have a little note about it up tomorrow.

I work 60 hours a week and I PE about 4-5 days a week; a modified newbie routine that takes me about 40 minutes to complete.

If you want a bigger weapon, you will find time and energy to PE consistently.

Find something that motivates you enough to keep you to it. For me it’s as routine as hygiene.
I brush my teeth, take a shower, PE and go to sleep. I think routine, routine, routine until it’s second nature is key here.

Good respons but it doesn’t work so for everybody. Many people here also gains from just 10 min routines.

So to get motviated enough, find a routine that both gives you a bigger penis but is short enough so you don’t loose the faith.
Set up goals and I promise that you will reach them, all is up to you

You should throw in a few minutes of stretching as well. Also, I hope you are warming up and down.

In the past I’ve found it hard to stick to a routine but I then started thinking after so many months , if I had stuck it out what would my gains be like now? That motivates me now, well that and hoping a girls eyes will pop out one day when I pull out my dick :)

Hey.
Well here is the note of how my session went last night.
It was when I got back from work (which I finish at 10pm and the bus home takes me up to about 10:40pm) and on the bus my ex girlfriend called just to talk (which kinda sucked because I haven’t really got over her)then I got home and then after eating I watched some TV and did my little routine.

I did my manual warm up by rubbing my unit and choppering (the chopper in case you don’t know is when you wave your penis clockwise or anti clockwise for that matter in a circular motion) which seems to work really well and I found out that if you do it up to a hundred swings it gets pretty hard.

And then I got onto the Jelqing which I used vaseline to make it slide with ease and in the process of my jelqs I realized I had been pulling out a few of my pubic hairs from the base of my unit.

And when I do my jelqs I do them with a downward pulling motion on my ligs just to get a sort of semi stretch in there.(Funnily enough my ligs are a bit sore today not painful just sore)
And I give my unit time to breath after a hundred then go at it again.
And afterward (as expected) I had quite a nice flacid hang which has lasted through to today.

That was basically it.
Any advice?Anything at all?Feel free to comment.

As long as you don’t feel any pain and have a good flacid hang after, it’s good. But look at the EQ also.

Hey here is the second part of my little diary.

I will start it off with Ouch!
Basically in work (this is not the ouch part) there was this girl I was good friends with and she liked me more then just a friend but recently she has just blatantly ignored me to the extreme, I mean if we were in a elevator she probably wouldn’t talk to me.(Oh yeah might be important that I told her I was not ready for a relationship)

So that sucked more then a bag full of leeches.
And trying to find a free computer and seat is way too difficult because of over crowding, I had to wait for someone to finish their shift just so I could take their computer.
(Which technically means I had to start work without my computer being logged on)

Then I basically finished my shift as normal and ran away to the safety of my bus.
(Which then a pretty girl got on,but sadly she sat so far away that trying to start a conversation with her would of sounded like a shouting competition)

Then I got home ate watched some TV and then did my routine as normal.(As described in the earlier note)
And now today the base of my unit is very sore, slightly red and the hair follicles holding facility are bumpy because I think I have pulled them a bit too hard.
So I think I may have to shave my unit base a little so the hairs don’t get caught in the jelqing grip of doom.

All in all a nice flacid hang again a little sore but I hope that will fade.
I am also going to keep a stern eye on my EQ because I am not too sure at the moment which way it’s going to go. Most of the times when I jelq they go positive up, but I am going to keep an eye just in case.

Day 3 in the Big Brother house.

Hey this is the third installment of my little quest.
So I went to work again yesterday and saw that girl who I informed you of who was ignoring me and there was a free seat right next to her and I decided I would rather sit somewhere far away from her so she could not ignore me to death.

So I found a nice seat and got down to work. I had a little chat with one of the team leaders who said I had to work on my call time and lower it just a tad. So that was not too bad although the paper I signed said that if I did not improve disciplinary action could be taken.(How pants)

Then my shift finished and I was out of there faster then someone who just knocked down an old lady.
The I finally got home and watched some TV ate some food then did my routine, and then I watched criminal minds which made me wonder about the FBI and who they really employ.

Then today I had a shower and my flacid girth was really good nice and plump.
I am still going to keep an eye on EQ though because I am still unsure how this is going to turn out.
Plus I have also thought of next week adding my extender back in and doing 4 weeks of that combined.
What do you guys think?

Day 4+5 in the Big Brother house.
Someone has said something to somebody and the others don’t care.

Hi there.
Basically I’ll tell you whats happened so far.
Went to work yesterday and the day before.Not much happened the day before, but I have decided to ignore the girl who is ignoring me.(How childish)

And last night I was going to go out to like the social party we hold for staff in work, but then the ignoring girl turned up out of like nowhere and I could just not be fucked to go out and get ignored to death, because the people she hangs out with are my friends too so it would of involved us both standing there ignoring each other while other people talked.

So I decided to say fuck that with handfuls of rusty nuts and bolts and went home and ate a pizza and garlic bread for comfort food to stop me from throwing bricks at people.(And watched the first spider man movie)
Oh! And when I got of the bus to walk home I saw a toad/frog and stroked it’s back.

Oh and that thing called my routine has been going swimmingly with some really good morning erections and flacid hang.
But I have come up with a few ideas.
Like escalating the routine.
You know like 100 on Monday 200 on Wednesday 300 on Friday.
Sounds like a simple little routine to keep things smooth.

And I am thinking of adding my ADS into the routine on Monday and seeing how it goes but I still am unsure about it.

Any other ideas or hints are appreciated.

The starting of the week.
Basically I had my two day break on sat and sun which felt really good to have a rest.

And I remember on the Monday I was getting some pain but by Friday there was none which I think is great.
Not much happened on the weekend except a cocktail party with my friends on Saturday night while watching movies. It was awesome to the extreme. Basically just alcohol mixed with alcohol.

Some of the movies made me wonder though. Like Madagascar 2 which made no sense, a Hippo and Giraffe can not get it on with each other.
A move called pulse which was absolutely shit it made me want to suffocate myself with a bag of porridge.
And I only saw a little bit of “The Spirit” Which at first made me wonder why they bothered making it and then made me wonder why Samuel L Jackson actually agreed to do it.

(He probably said yes on the condition he gets to give himself the name “Octopus”)
I guess the best part of the movie was Mr Jackson putting his pimp hat back on and looking cooler then a morgue full of refuges.

But today is Monday so when I get back home from work I am going to do my routine with gusto.
I’m still unsure whether or not I am going to add the ADS and if I do as it is late at night and I want to sleep I may only do it for one hour before my jelqing.

Which leads me to my next question.Would one hour a day 5 days a week for a month help at all?
It helped in my old routine but that was when I was doing 2 hours a day.

I wish you success mate. I remember last year when I was around 4 inches and within a year I am now 7 inches or more.. You can do it like anyone else can do it. It just takes effort and time.

Exactly!!!!! You have to force yourself to do it every day until it becomes routine.
