Hello guys, I’m happy to see that the community has grown, It has been about 4 years since I’ve quit PE, not because of injuries or anything major, but laziness, I’ve always wanted to buy a Penimaster and didn’t had the money, I was stuck with a cheap extender that was bothering me, so I just stopped using it, but lets get to the good part, although I’ve been out I’m always around researching, and I came up with this routine, I will be my own lab rat and post here if it is working or not.

First: I will be wearing a Penimaster ADS as long as it is comfortable, I not doing any marketing as I just bought it I haven’t experienced it all, but I really like the vacuum cup and the fact they have the regular metal rods and also a belt, I don’t see why this product is not around more often, but anyway I intend to wear it for about 6 hours on a 3-1 day routine.

Second: I will take collagen 100% daily dose based on a 2500kj diet.

Third: after waking up and before sleeping I will do manual PE just a little bit of stretching nothing hard, under a far infrared blanket, for about 10 min.

Right now my measures are, flaccid length 3.5 inches, flaccid girth 5 inches, erect length 5.2 inches, erect girth 6 inches, measured from the base without bone pressing.

My goal is to reach 1 inch in 6 months and 2 inches by the end of the year, I will be updating this post with any happening, I hope to make this a experiment log, and the measures will be updated every 2 months.

As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Goal for 2018 is 8" BPEL x 5 1/4" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6

Even with empty stomach and blended with plain water, hydrolyzed collagen won’t make it, will be metabolized like any other protein and your body will use it for other purposes.

If you already bought up the stuff, good luck. Tried before, two times actually, and hadn’t got any luck.

I take collagen for my gym purposes to strengthen my joints, I have a bad knee, but as a experiment log I have to put it here, it might or may not influence on my gains, later on I will start with other supplements as well, but also for gym bodybuilding not intended for PE.
