From my main experience with hanging - yes. With my new manual routine, I will say yes as well. Any time you are doing something to force more blood into your penis, it’s going to hang better.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I didn’t really measure girth until I started clamping. So when it comes to clamping, they come quick, but you have to really be conditioned in order to do that. PE is all about patience, bro. Sucks, but it pays off.

Yeah man, I get it. Just trying to be efficient and gather as much info as possible so I can head down the correct path without wasting too much time. I know it’s inevitable and everyone has to find what works best for them though.

I did manual stretching with a little jelqing for 6 months or so. Did a couple weeks of pumping before I stopped when I realized I should do length before girth so I’ve been hanging for a few weeks now, maybe a month.
I started at 2.5 lbs and every week went up 2.5 and was at 9-10 lbs but I really didnt feel fatigue like im supposed to. I then started fulcrum hanging with only 5 lbs and yes I feel the fatigue much more. I’ve been doing the fulcrum now every other day for about a week. Doing every other day instead of every day because if I do I get too fatigued and eq drops a lot. I think I may have found my sweet spot but too early to tell yet. What I do know is that I get a much better stretch and flaccid hang when doing fulcrum instead of SD.

All of my hanging was pretty much SD, with a lot of swinging weights. I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was a full gallon jug gave me the pull I needed and I did it 2-4 hours a day. And when I saw my first .25 inch gain… Hells yeah!

Then I got a Bib Hardcore and that’s when girth started getting bigger. It had something to do with the compression and swelling that somehow seemed to stick around.

Nice

How did you get your length gains? Primarily from hanging? I have purchased a BIB hanger which has yet to show up but I have heard they are awesome.

Started (4/21/16): BPEL- 6" EG - 5.5"

Current (10/8/16): BPEL - 6.625" EG- 5.5"

Goal: BPEL: 8.5" EG: 6.5"

All my gains were from hanging, until recently. I’d like to hang because manuals are a lot of work and it’s just easier to hang. I’ll actually be returning to a work at home position, so I should be able to hang for hours on end again. This time I’ll be focusing on dedicated tunica work.

And yeah - Bib’s are frickin awesome, once you get the settings down.

Done some research on here already though bit certainly coming from someone that it’s worked for is awesome.

Here was the info Titleist gave me in. PM:

“Start out with a 3x10 minute routine every other day. Use no more pressure than 5hg. I like the Velseal cylinders and I get my pump from Harbor Freight. I also own a LAP distribution cylinder as well.”

Here is the link for LA Pumps: http://www.lapdist.com/product/SKU1.html

Going to be pumping soon!
