Gains have stopped.comments, suggests, anything please.
My gains have stopped and somehow decreased a little bit. I usually jelq, I don’t have a set schedule, but I do 7-15 times a month. I also clamp(which I’ve stopped) and I just began doing the sadsak slinky.
Now, I have not gained anything really since September and I seem to have lost my girth gains, as my EG is now barely 5”. It seems fatter and plumper, but when I measure it’s gone down.
I wanted to eventually hit 7 X 6, but now I don’t think thats going to happen, so maybe 7 X 5.5 will be a little bit more realistic. I’ve tried hanging for a year. And after some nice gains after two months of hanging, I gained .2 inches in the next eleven. So this summer I stopped hanging and tried just jelqing and clamping. Since then I haven’t gained anything. I just started doing sadsak slinkys. Like I said I’ve gotten fatter and plumber, but no actual gains.
I’ve been doing PE for 1 year and 3 months. I want a little bit more. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
