Gains and questions
Tried my new routine for 2 months. Gained about .4 NBPEL, and another .25 EG. I am happy that I reached my goal for the summer in half the time, and Now I am setting my sights to gain .3” of both girth and length.
I think for the most part I will keep this routine, I will begin to intensify it a bit each week, mostly by adding jelqs, or doing two sets of a certain squeeze. My current routine is in my progress log Clemski’s Progress log.
I have read the TGC theory and I think I understand it, that being said my routine is probably 60-70% girth oriented and I should be in the category that is 60-70% length.
I got good results with my routine but my theory has been slowly intensify and I will continue to do so until I get negative PI’s.
What I am looking to add is some DLD blasters possibly, other than that just increasing the time I spend stretching overtime by adding sets. Are there any other stretches I should look into. any advice is very welcome, magnums here I come!!!
