Gains after deconditioning break

I think the idea of clamping once length gains have halted is simply to just try and start gaining girth. Whilst doing that you can still PE and gain just in a different dimension. After a few months of clamping certain tissues of the penis will of returned back to their previous state (Hopefully). Although clamping will of probably toughened up the tunica, if you still have ligament potential it may be easier to gain with hanging once more.

My plan was to start girth work seriously (Clamping) once I’m 100% sure I can’t gain any more length for the moment.

Also what do you guys think about purely stretching skin during a decon break, I don’t think this would do any harm in allowing the ‘growable’ penis tissues to return back to a more malleable state. I personally need more shaft skin and want to combat turkey neck but after my normal PE routine don’t have time or energy really.

I PEd for almost 3 years, gained 1.6x0.45, then stopped. 0.45 is mid-girth — I never measured base girth early on, but visibly it looks a lot thicker, and I’m getting favorable comments on it.

Now, 3.5 years later, I lost about 0.2x0.1, so I’m still up 1.4x0.35. So for me, most of the gains were permanent.

I might start doing some basic jelqs and stretches again to see if I regain the small loss.

Guys I didn’t hit a plateau yet.I just didn’t measure since February this year.I am doing

1set x 20min BTC hanging

1 or 2sets x 20min OTS fulcrum hanging

5 or 6 sets x 20mins RSDT FULCRUM hanging.

Everyday.

I don’t think I have more lig potential since I gained almost all of my lenght from my ligs I started around 5.5-6BPEL

I tried some clamping long time ago and gained pretty good for one month from it but I stoped and all of it was gone.But that is acceptable since I didn’t cemented my girth gains.

I think I gained very little mid girth since I am doing fulcrum hanging, which is a bonus :)

I will measure soon and I will see if I hit plateau if that is the case I will have to take a deconditioning break :( (((((((

I have a hard time seeing how one could get gains over a decon break.

I have gained 1/2” in the past and then went on a “4 year long decon” break and found that I lost all but 1/16” of my gains that I had made.

Four years is not a decon break, it is just a break. A decon break lasts a few weeks to a few months and is taken with the purpose of allowing conditioned tissues to recover so that they may once again respond to the stress of a routine. Some lucky bastards experience incremental growth over the decon break, but that is more like a welcome side effect, a pleasant surprise. I think most expect to lose a small amount over the decon break but gain that loss back along with more after restarting. I would imagine you will be able to regain that lost 7/16” with ease.

I am on a six week decon break myself. If I achieve gains upon resuming PE, I will be sure to share my experience.

Yeah I know it isn’t a decon break. It does suggest that PE may not be as permanent as we think, at least in my case. It would seem that a maintenance routine will be needed.

Yes please do! I’m wondering how UpTo7 has gotten as well. If he lost anything during his break. It must be nearly over by now.

You guys, this is what I have been posting in one of my threads and I have been posting it for years. I am living proof and I no longer PE anymore and haven’t for years. I learned this by accident, I documented it here I have reached my goals.

Do your routine, but you have to take a break to let your unit repair itself. I believe to much can be to much and to much leads to stress. My girth was just under 5.0 and my EBPL was about 6.8, I can never remember the exact length but it was about in that area. My goal was to get to 5.5 EG and 7.5 EBPL.

With in a year, I surpassed my goal and reached 5.6 EG and my EBPL was at 7.5. I am currently at 6.2 EG and 8.4 EBPL. I haven’t PE’d in years, but I PE’d 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off and resumed my routine 6 weeks on and then 2 off. It worked and I saw fast gains, but I was consistent.

The way I see it was a small break and then coming back was like being a newbie again and getting the quick growth spurts. Guys here reach plateaus but continue the stress, but they are not listening to their dick. It is telling you that it is done and tired and it needs a break.

What if I had a business and I had all you guys working 14 hours a day for 7 days a week for 6 months. Somebody is going to get sick, exhausted and production is going to slow down because you all will not be 100%. Your focus will be off because exhaustion, then depression. Are you with me? Same with weight lifting.

I figured this out years ago and I have been posting this for years. Too many here want the over night bean stalk and it is not going happen unless you do this strategically. I came across this by accident and it was because of the red dots from clamping.

You all may get pissed at me but if you read the last page of the thread I am posting, comment that this is so easy to do, but you have to do it the right way. Is my way the right way? maybe not, but maybe so. It sure the hell worked for me and when it started gaining, it gained fast, so fast that it almost ruined my marriage because it became to large for my wife to handle in that short amount of time. I have it all documented in that thread.

Although I must say during those small breaks, I did do the piss pull everytime I urinated.

Hey guys, I need a little help. It’s about on the bottom between shaft and mushroom.I noticed that girth didn’t grow on that bottom but on top and everything with girth is getting thick. But I don’t know how to increase the girth on the bottom of my dick. Anyone know how?

I was supposed to resume PE this June, but looks like it’s going to be July because college is pushing me really hard. :/

On my last measure I lost between 0” and 0.04” which is good news. I’ll measure again in next few days and report back with the result. :)

I never lost any of my size during the 2 week breaks. I think the time is just short enough to repair and build back but not enough time to deminish any gains. so it might work , try it out.

I’m hoping to start PE again some time this month and I’m really really looking forward to it. My schedule will be quite hectic during whole summer, but I think I’ll be able to find 30-45 minutes a day to just sit and pull on my dick. :)
