I’m not getting any skinnier so I’m curious how this is happening. I do use an autoextender so maybe it’s pushing my fat pad in or something? I’ve gained .375” in nbpel but only 1/8” in bpel anyone have any thoughts?

You may not be getting thinner, how about more muscular? NBP press measurements fluctuate a lot.

The only place id be getting more muscular is my arms since my son is getting heavier lol because I don’t work out. I know nbp fluctuate but when I measure I have my anti turtle sleeve on and I roll it down half way so it sorta acts as a cock ring. My nbp has never been over 6” now it’s 6.375 and thats consistant.

I am drinking a hell of a lot less soda. I use to drink soda with everything.maybe 4 cans a day and a redbull. Now I drink water a lot and MAYBE 1 can of soda a day. I limit my energy drink too, about 2 or 3 every 2 weeks. So would that just make my fat pad smaller then?

Your fatpad is reducing. That is the only reason I can think of for it.

Soda and energy drinks have alot of sodium, which cause water retention.

There is a such thing as drinking “too much fluids” too. Its stored in the fat and skin, good thing is it comes out quickly.

Alot of fluid is obviously stored in that nasty fat pad.

That fat pad is looking like the nastiest place to put fat to me these days.

Get the fat pad to .50” and less and you are in perfect shape.

Hmm..So maybe this is the reason why I look really cut when I don’t drink a lot of water, but then when I drink a lot of water I don’t look too cut.?

Sodas bloat you up, water begets water the more water you drink the more water you shed providing your keeping a watch on the sodium.

Eat foods high in potassium to balance water retention issues.

Potatoes (not French Fries) melons, fruit, squash, Bananas,oranges. To get rid of excess fluid fast without shrinking your dick eat a cucumber.
