I finally started gaining again after a month with no gains I went from 7” nbp to 7.2” nbp and if I get really hard it can get up to 7.4” I am so excited!


Starting Stats: NBPEL: 5.5 BPEL: 6.0 NBPFL: 3.1 BPFL: 4.0

I just recently change my routine

My new routine:

2 on/ 1 off

10 minutes of jelqs- and when I get to the end of each jelq I stretch my penis as far as I can, then I do some v stretches and A stretches and I do 3 sets of those, then I do some regular manual stretches, then I hang for an hour, then I do fowfers for an hour

*I do not recommend this routine for newbies*

Sounds great those are NBPEL stats, your probably 8” BPEL.

Good job on your gains man. Well you are right, that routine is not for newbies. What is it 2 1/2 or so hours long?

Ya it’s a pretty long routine and I do not want any newbies to try it and have their dick explode!! I just gave up on clamping because whenever I clamped I only gained .1 or so. Now that I’m starting to get up there in length I am starting to focus on girth. When I first started P.E. My girth complimented my length but now that it is much longer I feel that I need to make it fatter.
