Gained 1/4 inch in a week

I started clamping last week after deciding to stop the manual exercises because they made my hands cramp up.Was going to measure after 2 weeks but decided to measure today since my member seemed to have gotten so much bigger.

The result was that I gained a little over 1/4 in girth measured mid shaft just this week.

Here’s what I did.

First 3 days
5 minute warm wrap
5 minute clamp ( whilst maintaining the hardest erection possible)
5 minute break messaging member the whole time.
5 minute clamp
5 minute break
5 minute clamp
5 minute break
5 minute clamp

Then over the next couple days I added time to each clamping set. Went from 5 minutes to 7 then 10 then 12 and now am at 15 minutes.

Current routine looks like this

5 minute warm wrap
15 minute clamp
2-3 minutes of break while massaging member.
15 minute clamp
2-3 minute break
15 minute clamp with 2 clamps
2-3 minute break
15 minute clamp with 2 clamps
massaging member while in the shower.

I didn’t take any days off during this week. I might next week but if I do it will most likely be only one off.

Just this bit of quick gain makes me so happy to have found this forum.

That’s great news. Now here’s the hard part. Don’t let it go to your head and stay in control. Your routine already sounds a little over the top using 2 clamps for 15 minutes, so watch for signs you are going overboard.

Congrats on your midshaft girth gain Big Z. :) Always good to hear someone making such a quick gain. As far as your routine goes I would say that might be a little overboard bro. I know everyone is different but like gprent said watch for any negative signs your body is giving you. I know first hand since I’ve done tons of expiermentation in clamping and less is defintly more in my case I found for clamping and gains. If I clamp too much and don’t allow enough rest days I start to get these weird headaches that seem to build up over a period of days but everything is cool right now and I’ve mellowed out for the most part with my routine and am happily gaining it seems at a steady pace without the weird body sensations. Rest days were the key to solving that problem (I also think they actually help me gain in some way). Be safe man and keep gaining.

Will do. The 2 clamps really dont seem to increase the intensity much from just the one clamp. Maybe I’m just not doing it right. The problem is probably getting enough blood in before I put on the second clamp.

I’ll work on it and try to take things slower.

Maybe you’re not doing it right, and I mean the first clamp! 2 clamps do in fact increase the intensity like you wouldn’t believe. Why do you think a clamper chooses the second clamp after using one for half a year, to get more of the engorgement and to increase the intensity. You have increased, that’s good, so what can I say? Your second routine sounds like mine, but my routine is a bit more fortunate than most here.

Ive worked out the 2 clamp problem. I just wasnt kegeling enough blood in before I put the second one on and I was putting it on a little to tight.

Take your time with the first clamp. Don’t clamp it real tight just tight enough to let blood enter the shaft but not able to leave the shaft and continue to kegel blood in while continuing to force the clamp right up against your pelvic bone. then give it a click and continue till your base swells up. You will know when you are ready to make the final click, your base will swell to the point where your base/shaft starts pushing the clamp into your pelvic bone for you. When I make my final click, I have 2 clicks showing on the clamp. I then position the second clamp about a inch from the first, but that is my preference and may not be yours.

The first thing that came to my mind when I read this is “be careful”. I experienced very good girth gains using hand clamping. But a lot of those quick girth “gains” are just a build up of lymphatic fluid. I found out the hard way after I overdid this type of PE and ended up having to take time off because I had blocked lymph vessels. Don’t get me wrong. I think clamping is effective for girth gains but you really want to take it easy. I would strongly recommend increasing clamping time very slowly. Also, I wouldn’t use any more than 5 minutes sets. MAKE SURE YOU MASSAGE YOU PENIS BETWEEN SETS TO GET RID OF EXCESS LYMPH!

The lymphatic system is not like the circulatory system in that lymph is driven around the body by movement. Blood is driven around the body by the heart. To illustrate my point, I live in Australia which has the world’s most deadly snakes. There are a number of stories where people have been bitten by deadly snakes (e.g. taipans, brown snakes) in remote areas but managed to survive by imobilising the limb that was bitten and then going for help. This is because poison moves around the body using the lymphatic system. Imobilising the affected limb stops movement from compressing the lymph vessels, slowing the progression of poison through the body.

This means that if you don’t massage your penis after clamping, lymph will remain trapped in your penis. If the lymph remains in one area for too long, it hardens and causes blocked lymph vessels. These can take months to go away. Trust me, I learnt the hard way.

I massage after every clamping set. My massage time depends on the build up of fluid. Normally massage for 3 minutes but if the fluid build up is great I take a while more and make sure most of it is massaged out. If theres not much fluid build up I’ll only massage 2-3 minutes.

I’m 100% positive my gains arent fluid build up. I took a day off clamping yesterday and measured this morning because I thought that maybe that may have been the case. But I still have the same measuremnets so I’m saying it’s a gain.

In a normal clamping session I dont get a whole lot of fluid build up anyway. Just a little above the clamp. Probably because I do gentle massage/jelq like motions up the shaft for most of the time while clamped. It makes me feel a better pressure build up and helps me maintain the erection level I want. Also Doing the gentle massage/jelq motion more than likely helps to cut down on fluid build up.
