I’ll keep working on it, Mem. I’m still pretty new to anything besides pure length exercises so maybe my dick is just adjusting. I’m simply surprised by all these guys who refer to a post-jelq “pump” and the like.

yeah , I am with you on that one Para. I really don’t experience a post jelq pump . However after clamping I do just for a little bit though. Last night for instance after my first clamp set I measured mid shaft and got a little over 5. After my third set I only maintained it for about 30 min with a cock ring on. Weird thing is I measured a little under 5 after my third set.HMM go figure..

Just a thought. If you had a rubber band with saw a .25 inch girth and 3 inch length, and you stretch to 4 inches. The girth would be less then .25., and stay less when stopped when the band is say 4 inches long. Is this possible for this to happen to the penis in length exercises?

Ok,I’ve been at it a month(my first post)and I’m having a little luck,I bought this max extender*(hunk o crap)any way I use it 5 days a week and combo that with jelqing variations,is it plausible to go for girth and length at one session?

Any pointers and advice on girth technique would be appreciated,I’m looking for that the most

Yeah. I started clamping two weeks ago and noticed better stretching right after I began. I use a home-made stretcher built from home depot parts that allows me to stretch to almost eight inches now. When I started stretching three months ago I could barely stretch to seven. The clamping makes my penis fatter all day and keeps me motivated to do what it takes to continue on to seven inches bpel. (6.5” now.)

I do all of my length work after girth work.I think the girth work can tire out the tissues, even indirectly, and I notice significantly longer stretches after girth work than doing them before—the tissues are warmed, loose, and fatigued. You can basically reduce a constraint’s (surrounding tissue) effect that way..

Of course, don’t take my word for it until I’m packing 9 or so. :)

Me too, I pump then hang then ads 3 days per week. Alternate days I pump clamp ads.

You stretch to 8.5 inches? How and what is your homemade thing?

I think it makes sense to stretch your dick with length exercises then clamp. This basically keeps your dick in it’s maximum possible volume and erect length.

I stretch to about 8” in the stretcher. I copied the design for the stretcher from the picture in the wikipedia article about penis enlargement.

I recently stopped the clamping because I felt that it was hindering my EL measurement. I will measure again at the end of april and see where I`m at.

From what I have found that works for me is that gaining girth does help gain length. I do a stretching routine followed by a girth routine, and my reasoning is that the stretching routines expands the fibrous tunica vertically, then following with a girth routine expands the tunica outward which stretches the collagen and elastin much more than exclusively working one or the other. Since the tunica is very tough, I think this strategy works well to weaken it and create more expansion.

I also think that by following a length session with a girth session allows the penis to receive blood and nutrients and to stay in an expanded state. For me, stretching exclusively doesn’t result in a longer hang afterwards (or at least not for any longer than 15-30 minutes), however following with girth I have noticed a longer hang being maintained for several hours.

To beat a dead horse and use a body building analogy, doing isolation exercises are not nearly as effective for building overall mass and fitness as doing compound exercises; combing the routines works the full “body” of the penis.
