Studies do not give the same results. Some say 6.4” NBPEL average, some say less than 5” BPEL. That’s like a foot difference if it was average measured height, I think. Same with outliers. Some studies say less than 1% of penises are greater than 7.25” BPEL and other studies say 5% are over 7.5” NBPEL. Big difference.

I don’t trust this study posted above because I don’t believe that significantly more than 50% of penises have a erect length less than 5” NBPEL (recall the difference between median and mean). I have no real evidence, though. That’s one of many reasons why I came on this forum.

Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

You honestly believe that if you put that penis up and outwards, only 1 out 100 guys (at most) have a penis that long? Either I need to up my jelly bean (SSRI) dose or these researchers are living in fairyland. I think the latter. Just my opinion.

The minimalist routine

I think in the study with the 7.5 inch BPEL, NBPEL could be around 7. I don’t think 6.5 NBPEL is though. I think that could be 1/100. My fat pad is around .5-.6 inch. I’m not sure about your second pic but in your thread there is a flaccid pic and based on that I would have assumed you were 8 plus. I think that’s why we get a skewed view of things. I’m a little over 7 BPEL but I am not a shower so if I saw a 6 inch flaccid I would assume it to be at least an inch and a half longer than mine erect. Even though I know you can’t make that conclusion.

When I say they give the same results I mean they all point to less length than we expected. The ParaGoomba thread lists all the types of studies. The 6.4 inch NBPEL is I believe the old sex researcher study in which guys were sent cards to mark off length. That seems like a really inaccurate way to study something. I’m certain that if you asked 100 guys what their max bench press was and then invited them to prove it you would have guys bouncing the bar off their chests and making excuses. Now 90 percent of me believes these studies but I admit 10 percent of me thinks that maybe they are all wrong. That 10 percent drives me to do PE because I know that at 8 x 6 whatever average is becomes a moot point because you are then huge.

Comparing Penile Measurements in Normal and Erectile Dysfunction Subjects

Here is the more recent, larger study. I didn’t look at this and likely won’t but for anyone who want to examine.

I don’t have any trouble believing your unit to be the top 5%. I don’t know if it’s in the top 1%, but I guess I’d say it could be close. I mean, you’re close to 7 NBPEL, and who knows what your BPEL is, but 8+ isn’t unreasonable for a guess.

Thats just based on the plethora of size surveys where NBPEL is clustered at around 5 inches.

That’s pretty much my take on it too. The results are more or less the same.

I don’t have problems believing the results of these studies. After years of believing I was below average, I now think I am indeed at the higher end of average. I don’t go out of my way to look at guys penises in the locker room at the gym, but even assuming everyone is a grower, I have seen only a few of guys who have flaccid or semis bigger than mine, even men with much less body fat than me, and I’m definitely a grower.

I definitely need to lose weight before my dick looks proportional to my body, but I’m no longer worried about being thought of as small.

X 3. I`ll spin my broken record on this one. 8 inches of dick (true length, not stretched, bone pressed, blah blah blah) is F `in HUGE and in a VERY small percentile of the population (of this planet anyway) regardless of what your ex girlfriend says.

-1. I don’t believe that over 50% of guys have a BPEL of less than ~ 5.5” or less than 5” NBPEL. Am I the only one?

My thoughts on size after seeing so many different studies. I believe the average dick is about 5.5 NBPEL and 6.3 BPEL. I think to get into the top 10% you need about 6.75 NBPEL or about 7.5BPEL.

Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

thecrow19,

That seems about right to me.

In what way have been observed in the measurement of Lifestyles Condoms in Cancun? Is it NBPL method or methods of BP? And if the BP method as a firm ruler down on the pubic bone. By the end of or slightly?

And how to measure the poll of 111 people in the states? BP or NBPL or if the BP measured by how hard a ruler down to the end or a light?

I ask this because I do not know how to compare myself to these studies. When I push to the end of a ruler turns out that the 6.7 inc. A girt is 5.05 - 5.1
