Hi guys
You know my english is a shit but…what can I do?LOL

Ok, started 5/75; I am arrived at 7. After 1 and1/2 years pe.
Now my goal is 8.

Any suggestion from some people
which were in my same situation?
How to be there…soon !

Now it seems so hard to gain more.
But I think its possible, of course.
The stories of DLD, Dino and others
talk alone.

I have a good routine, i believe
I include all :
warming
all kind of stretches
jelq
bc work
(and also…I am experimenting after
the jelq session, some reps of good
and enough strong slapping all around it;
seems very useful to stimulate tissue grow.)
What you think about?
I have found this recently.
Would like to have an opinion.

I don’t use fowler’s because
it seems to me they cut too much
blood; but I see DLD used them a lot.
Any of you have experience about?

Any suggestion is helpful.
You think I can grow in a year
doing the same routine,
or at a certain point I have to
increase or change something?

You’ve gained good dude!

I’d suggest you doing the same basic exercises as you’ve done to reach this point, because they seem to suite you sir. However, if you haven’t took any complete breaks (no touching dick, except when peeing and washing it), I’d suggest you take one (~1-2 months) now and start it over again, as the breaks seem to kickstart the gains. Then, build up the intensity and duration over what you’ve done before. What kind of routine are you doing now?

My prescription would be just doing dry jelqs and fulcrum stretching (A-, V- and C-ones) finally up to >1hr a day, because that has worked for me after a long break. I’ve gained about 0.3cm/month doing that kind of routine last three months -> 1 1/4” per year.

I dont want to stop now… anyway I take some day break normally
for lack of time. The fact is that I want more…and I want it now!!!!LOL

My routine is:

10 min warm hot water
10 minuted stretches rotating it each direction (very close to the body
I try to make a “soup” of my ligs doing this LOL)
other 15 min of every stretch possible:
1/put my palm down the penis and stretch down
(the same, put the palm up and stretch up)
(and laterals too)
2/ A-stretch DLD stretches
3/I work the septum again in all the length
4/stretch holding the grip with my legs
5/stretch the tunica with two hands (holding one at the base other under head)
(like I am holding a gun and I am trying to kill someone on the floor! LOL)

after another warm 5 minutes water

I go to the jelq…15 minutes
I have experimented a kind of jelq with a very
vigorous movement: I “strap” literally from the base going out
till I pass the glans and only after, I put the other hand on the
base and start again: I try to leave free the blood circulation.

I do a lot of slapping too.
On each surface of the penis. I think is very important this!!!
I become red like an apple! LOL and…very big.
Veins in great evidence, too. I think slapping Is a part of the game
very important for working the tissue hard.

Warm and stop like this.
My dick is very worked after all this jelq and slapping.

bc work during the day, medium force;I need to do more.
100 quick; and 50 for 5 sec each (DLD routine)
the secret for me is to work only the bc.
And medium force. It’s good also for sex control.

I don’t know if those have any other name… Those are just like A’s and V’s, but put the fulcrum point to side of the shaft (both sides).

Also, I think you should jelq for a longer time, and also before going to stretching. I do 20jelq-25stretch-10jelq at the moment.

For me it gets harder and harder to get gains so be prepared for a longer ride, but don’t despair because you will get there if you stick to it.
