Just had to share my PE experience with you guys. Have been into this for 2 years now, and the only and possible best advice I can share is KEEP IT GOING!
My routine is 30 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week, alternating Stretching, Pumping and Jelqing.
Mate, it takes 30 MINUTES A DAY!!!!!!!! keep this as a part of your life, as having a shower or something.
PS: First goal reached…Now I wanna get 7inches non bone pressed

Congrats vinnie, that’s a great gain to show for some serious hard work :)
Congratulations! This is what it’s all about, i.e having a plan and sticking to it for the longterm. You’re well on your way to reaching your next goal of 7” NBP.
Congrats Vinnie. Keep up the good work.

Excellent, excellent! Success stories like yours are keeping me motivated!
I sometimes wonder if I should keep going, I mean I’ve been at it 10 damn months. It’s good to hear of those at it a year or two still making gains.
Keeps me motivated. I hope I can keep at it for about 2 years. Congrats and keep the gains comming.
Congrats Vinnie, same size and gains as me.
How’s the girth gains been?
For me it actually takes 2.5 hours each day, 7 days a week… :(
"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. You can hear them talking to their dick: You better grow mofo or I will punish you even harder tomorrow! Others seem to favor a more tender approach. Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice. If it is moody and not happy with new behavior, they always listen and are very understanding."
Great job Vinnie, Your post is another positive argument for long term consistency. Good luck to your next goal.
You all are still missing the point... The story was great and all but should have ass (and) some anal in it.- RWG
Congrats vinne, time and effort are the keys to PE success. You are the keymaker. Just don’t forget it.
