I took a little time off last month and on Monday I am starting back up again. I will be doing what I did before. Five - seven mins. in the morning. Five - seven minutes of wet jelqing at night. I do my wet jelqs at 50 -75% erect. I plan to exercise every day I can. I have not been as methodical as I was in the past so I don’t know how many days a week or exactly how long I will spend on my routine. I can say that the stretch I discovered got me gains, but it only works in the beginning when the ligs are tight. After I feel no resistance from this stretch, I stop stretching altogether and focus on jelqing.
