Would you mind detailing exactly how much time you’ve actually spent doing a routine altogether? You say you took, “years off”. Is that two, three…? In any case, I’d like to see just how long it took you of actual PE to do your 2”.

I’m impressed! Sure it took awhile, but your gains really motivate me because the routine is so short and easy! Do you PE every day, or do you have rest days? Also, what were your girths gains, as I am curious about how your routine affected girth? thanks

That’s a great achievement. You’ve added 40% of your starting erect length to your unit. And, no doubt, pushed your size from “low average” to “above average.”

Awesome gains! Excatly what I want at a BPEL of 5.3 and NPBEL of 5, not good:( . My goal is 7 inches of NPBEL and 6 inches of EG, Booyah, let the gains begin!

I have been on this site for about six months and through that time I have gained give or take an inch. I started at 5.7, 5.8 BPEL now I am at 6.7 BPEL and believe it or not my routine has been jelqing one day on and two days off. Then after 6 sessions taking 1 or 2 weeks off for rest or growth. I also took the whole of April off due too exams. I am now going to increase my routine to 5 days on and 2 days off and I may incorporate V stretches e.t.c. I think although it’s not concrete if you should only PE when you feel like it an when your positive I feel it helps with gains.


that is pretty much text-book IPR. Interesting. Personally I wouldn’t change a thing until it stops working, it sounds as if you’ve found the optimal balance.

Let me ask before anyone else does - jelquing one day on - for how long, intensity etc?

Extremely good gains dubula! Did you base your routine off the modified newbie routine (link in my signature), or did you come up with it your self? It is almost exactly what I recommend in that routine.

I strongly agree with mgus, do not mess with something that is already working EXTREMELY well! This is one of the most common mistakes PEers (specially newbies) do, in my opinion, adding work volume, too much too soon.

Congrats, I admire your dedication. I have just started my journey in PE. My goal is 7 by 6. I came across this site by accident after my fiancee,whom I thought was built just for me- because she is so petite, traumatized me by commenting how big her ex husband was. Our sex life is great, but talk about a blow to the old self esteem. At 5.5bpel and 5eg. I wasn’t suprized I never got a compliment on my size. I was just thankful not to ever have heard anything negative. I never thought I would hear the woman of my dreams brag on her dead beat ex husbands dick. Thank GOD I found this site. I started in april and I have reached 5.7/8bpel and 51/4 at base. Thank you all for these encouraging threads. To not only have good sound advice and programs, but encouragement too, from poeple that have actualy achieved what I’m tryimg to accomplish-is amazing. All members posts have been so encouraging. It’s not a race and I’m dedicated to I see my dream become a reality. Life is short, you dick doesnt have to be. PE for life. Little mick
