frequency or time first?
so im currently trying Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism (mems rapid gain routine) and I wanted to get some advice from a couple of vets.
The routine consist of a 5on/2off frequency. Currently im am at 2on/1off working my way to 5on/2off. I am also doing the lowest amount of time suggested on each exercise in the routine ex. 10 minutes jelq in the afternoon(instead of 15-20min.), 10 min v-stretch(instead of 20 min in the morning.) Those are some examples but I do that with every exercise listed in the routine. My question is, should I increase the frequency first such as build up to 5on/2off and keep the exercise times the same and then increase the times once im on the 5on/2off or should I increase the amount of time on each exercise and then build up the frequency?
