frequency or time first?

so im currently trying Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism (mems rapid gain routine) and I wanted to get some advice from a couple of vets.

The routine consist of a 5on/2off frequency. Currently im am at 2on/1off working my way to 5on/2off. I am also doing the lowest amount of time suggested on each exercise in the routine ex. 10 minutes jelq in the afternoon(instead of 15-20min.), 10 min v-stretch(instead of 20 min in the morning.) Those are some examples but I do that with every exercise listed in the routine. My question is, should I increase the frequency first such as build up to 5on/2off and keep the exercise times the same and then increase the times once im on the 5on/2off or should I increase the amount of time on each exercise and then build up the frequency?

As they say, if you are gaining then don’t stop what you are doing. But IMHO, increase the amount of time first. Stay with it for a while (say 3-6weeks, or until you are comfortable with it, or not gaining) then increase the frequency, gradually. Like 3on 1off, for 3or so weeks, then say like 4on 2off for another 3 weeks, then 5 on 2 off.

If you are confident that your dick can take the stress and you are mad like me, then just up the time and frequency one time. But then, I have been here a long time so my stuff is contitioned.

I’d say both time and frequency plays an important role whether you are a newbie or a vet.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

i know time and frequency play important roles but which one do you all think you should increase first in a routine?

Quality over time over frequency. Do your jelqs slower, when doing the MEM thing.
Uli’s and squeezes should be appraoched this way as well with a 60-80% erection.

Ok, I’m thinking maybe he means, assumming that each stroke, stretch is a high quality one, which is better to increase first frequency or time?

Time always time, better engorgement and it is safer when jelqs and stretching are done slow.
Stretching should be done slow as well and static not ballistic.

For jelqing I definately agree, but if definately more intense especialy if you dry jelq. Not for newbies IMO. But stretching, hmmm….o what would you call JAI? Are they not quick, very frequent and pulled hard?:)
