After much thought and revising, I really do believe fowfers killed my morning wood and hurt my first PE experience.

I’ve read extensively on PE before I started, and I got great results. Scary strong erections in the morning to increase pumpness. However, 3 weeks into basic PE (warm up, stretching, jelq) I learned how to do fowfers. So I started to do them once or twice a day for 10-15 minutes in all. After about 3 days, I got weak erections, and lose of morning wood. Also, let me remind you I’m only 18, so getting a hard on can easily be done by thinking about a girl. I couldn’t even get a hard on while watching PORN! (Without touching myself that is) I know I didn’t overtrain because my routine was even LIGHTER then the newbie.

(FIRST ATTEMPT TO PE ROUTINE)
5 minutes warm up
10 mins stretch
5-7 mins
5 minutes warm down

2 days on 1 day off.

You sure it was the fowfers? Do you have any unusual tension/changes in your life now? Pumping up maybe on coffee or caffeine drinks? Any drugs new to you?

Of course, if Fowfers cause negative PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) for you, you should reduce or eliminate them. That may well not be everyone’s experience, but if it is yours, respect it and adjust your routine accordingly.

Fowfers are generally not one of the riskier PE exercises.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

What type of]f chair do you use? I hope it is padded.

The guide here on Fowfers does not warn against “not sitting on it too hard” or sitting on a hard (rather than padded) chair as risks. The general point of PE should not be painful applies in any case.

No medication, no life changes, nothing different then adding fowfers to my routine.

And yes, the couch was very padded.

When I did fowfers, I made sure I was fully flaccid. The longest time I did a fowfer was probably about 15-20 minutes, a episode on t.v.
