I just checked out your PE Routine and you show that you do “bafow” stretches in addition to Fowfers. I checked out SEARCH, but couldn’t find anything for “bafows.”

For those that are not familiar with what a “bafow stretch” is, would you share with us and explain?

I started doing bed fowfers last night real light. Just 15 minutes in the evening before I sleep and 15 minutes in the morning when I wake up. Since I’m a newbie do you guys think this is a bad idea this soon or is it a pretty mild form of ADS?

I definitely feel a lig stretch at the top. I keep it in the fetal position for 5 minutes then as I feel the ligs relax I slowly straighten out my legs to add more stretch till the ligs relax more again and until I can get my legs all the way straight. When I’m done I have about a 6.5” flaccid for a few minutes, kind of a trip!

No, I don’t believe it’s a bad idea. Newbie or not, anyone can do it and for as long as you like. And why limit youself to 15 minutes?

Have you done sleep Fowfers yet, or are you just doing them while awake?
Just stick it in there, man, and go to sleep. Eventually you will find that, even though it may come out during the night, you will automatically place it back. I always awake in the morning still in a Fowfer position (even with a morning woody). It’s either on the same side that it was when I went to sleep, or the other side.

I never thought of in that way, but I guess you could call it a type of ADS. I constantly do it, when I can that is. I just enjoy it! I’m doing it as I sit at the computer. A couple of days ago, I went to the movies and as inconspicously as I could, tucked it under and kept it there thoughout the movie.

Yes, I know what you mean. I especially like the feeling when I stretch out from the fetal position into a full leg stretch.

Thanks Panos, I’ll try a all night attempt. I’m an aggressive sleeper (roll over a lot) so I’ll be surprised if the dog stays in place. ;)

Hi Fit:
I doubt if anyone thrashes and tosses about, flings arms and legs, or uses up all of the bed more than I. My wife used to say it was like trying to sleep while being beaten up during a boxing or wrestling match! She got a
number of bloody noses and a bunch of bruises before we decided it was best to have separate beds!

Once you get started (and especially since I believe you said you have a good 5” or 6” flaccid), you will find that it will stay in place. It will get warm and meld into place and pretty much stay there. When still awake, I can turn over, change positions (one leg up, the other straight, go in and out of a fetal position, etc.) and even get out of bed to reset the clock and return, and it still stays. When I get up in the morning and have a good strong morning woody, it still stays in place and I have to dig it out from under my balls.

So, don’t worry, my friend, I think you will be surprised how it well it will stay put.

I was just thinking about the “bafow” the other day. I must say, the last erect gains I made was while experimenting with the “bafow”. I never really pushed it because I felt it would be a bit dangerous for beginners or people who don’t have enough sense to come in out of the rain. It was nothing more than a mechanical means of stretching using a turnbuckle, a modified bib hanger, and a rod across the knees. I was developing about 25lbs of tension. Here’s a pic taken in 2002 before I had a digital camera.

By the way, in reading all of the postings, have your read of anything that we are doing wrong regards to the Fowfers? Any old or new suggestions that you might have for us.

Good idea. I know a mod will help eventually. I’m too new and a computer idiot to offer any suggestions.
