Describe how you go about doing this full erection fowfer?

Is there a warm up involved, do you jelq first?

Been doing fowfers the past few days. Thick legs, small uncut unit, and short arms makes it pretty difficult to get a good tug, but I eventually get it right and sit for about 30 minutes a time. I’ve been doing this a couple times a day. Hopefully this can help my flaccid out, which is ridiculously small.

I did the bed fowfers last night and funny I actually woke up when it slipped out into an erection, then fell back asleep. I actually didn’t like the feeling of this because when I woke up I was turtled and continued to turtle for a couple hours. Usually when I wake up I am at least in a full flaccid length if not erect. I’ll try it again tonight to see if it was a one time thing, if not then I’m fine with the regular fowfers. I believe they will lead to gains.

Also, can anyone uncut tell me if they experiences stretched skin from this exercise? When I let the little guy out, the skin definitely feels like it’s been stretched. I really don’t need any extra skin there, at least for now.

Sorry, don’t have a foreskin accepted a little restored. Had mine cut off at age 49. I would suggest you skin it back and grasp the glans to to stretch with. If I can find a way to shorten my video, I will be posting it(illustrates how I do it).

I don’t do warm up. But I do dry jelq and stretch before doing the fowfer exercise.

How do you get a 100% erect penis between your legs I’m trying to picture that. Perhaps you could post a pick of yourself in member pics in that position.

So you tuck it in between your legs and then sit on on it. Or is this a bed fowfer?

I think mine got about a little less than 1/2 of a centimeter in length when flaccid but there is no change when erect. It is also a lot thicker especially after a workout. I have a tight frenlum so that really sucks.

I do both bed fowfer and sitting fowfer. And I used to do the live web cam thing for free on Yahoo. I mean I don’t mind to show my dick to anyone who are willing to watch it on the web cam. But taking the dick pictures is more like creating a permanent record which is the last thing I want to do.

I used to do flaccid bed fowfers when I first started PE, and I put my first half inch down to them. However, I used to have a high erection angle, and it went lower. As they were almost the only stretches I was doing, and certainly the only downward ones, I put that down to the fowfers. Anyway, as part of an experiment, I stopped all PE for 6 weeks, and then went back adding only one exercise at a time. My erection angle returned, and no gains were lost at any time.

I do think this exercise carries more risk than a some people appear to think - having read the boards here. Once I was having a good session, and a client rang on my mobile. I talked with him for nearly an hour. I had totally forgotten I was sitting on my dick the whole time. Man, it looked like a bit of spat out chewing gum, and had gone a little cold. It took a bit of massaging to get it looking normal.

I am planning to re-introduce them into my routine in the next week or too, very grateful to Mr. Fow!

Good point there is a risk with all PE. I think bed fowfers would be the safest bet.
