Hey guys, I need your opinions on this one. Recently, instead of stretching with my hands, I have been trying more “bodyweight” stretches.

What I do is this. With a 10-20% erection (just enough stiffness so that I don’t crush my penis), I pull my penis straight down and back. I then hold it in this position and then sit down on top of it. I immediately feel pressure in the pubic area. Then, to intensify the feeling, I lean back and thrust my pelvis forward. Let me tell you, I feel one hell of a burning feeling in the pubic area while doing this. Also, if I feel the area right above my penis while holding the stretch, I notice that it feels very tight.

After I finish my workout (which consists of 20 sets of 3 minute stretches) I feel a lot of soreness right above my penis. I’m hoping that this is because the ligaments are being worked. However, I have some fears that it’s just the skin being pulled.

Can somebody please give this stretch a try and tell me what they think?

When you feel it, is the skin tight or the interior of your dick? My skin is hardly ever tight; however, the tissue within it is quite taught when I’m stretching. I’d wait until some of the veterans have time to respond to this post before I’d do anymore stretches like that, just to be safe. Unless, of course, you’re a vet yourself. It sounds like it might be a little dangerous. If I do fowfers with anything less than a totally flaccid penis, it causes me pain. :) I don’t do them like that. Of course, your penis and my penis are not one in the same, so who knows.

I have been using Lazy Ass Stretches up until about a month ago. They have worked wonders for me on flaccid gains. I think if applied right they are a great lig stretch. As far as the skin is concerned I think it will also be stretched at the same time. I’m glad you understand to thrusting pelvic adjustment, I did not think anyone understood that.

Well, i could use some flaccid gains. I have been taking ephedra and working out to lose my gut and fat pad. I have been still gaining, but i need more flaccid length. If they do help, then I am going to start today.
