Okay, first of all, can someone explain the definite difference between these two?
Second, I’m wondering whether or not I’m doing this right: I’m on the bed in laying position, usually on one of my sides, I lift one leg up, grasp my penis with foreskin behind the glans, mildly pull it between the legs and put the leg back down. From there I can get in any position (on stomach, back or any side) while maintaining stretch with my closed legs. However, my penis is not between the cheeks, but simply between my legs. Is that fine as well or does it really have to be between the cheeks, literally? Am I actually stretching the shaft or am I on a good way to unnecessarily stretched skin? I already have mild turkey neck (pre-PE) and don’t want to worsen it. I do this every evening for 3-4 sets of 10-15 minutes and I’ve started doing it around a week ago.
How do you do it? Help me before it’s too late. :D
