Hello. I am somewhat of a newbie, but have become so enraged at my pencil dick that I have had to devise a good exercise to rapidly increase the girth of my penis. It goes like this, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR BEGINNERS.

My penis lies at a 6.75 bpel and a meager 4.85 eg. Therein lies the problem and my desperate need for girth.

I use a tight industrial strength rubber band for my ULI clamp.

1. I lube up and shave well around the base.

2. I take the rubber band (my cockring) and triple it up (the tension of the tripled up fat rubber band makes for a great tourniquet.)

3. I slide this “rubber band tourniquet” into position, as low as possible at the base, shaft only, no balls included.

4. I gain a good erection and kegel in extra into the penis to achieve a 110% erection. My little cock looks almost porn quality at this point.

5. I either stand or kneel over the kitchen table or coffee table (respectively) and lay my penis flatly upon it.

6. I take a rolling pin and starting at the base, I GENTLY roll up to the glans, remove and start again. I gradually increase pressure with each 10 second stroke, and repeat about 30-40 strokes for the 10 minute set. What a stretch!!!!!!

I have already noticed a 1/8 inch midshaft girth gain in the last 9 days. I had some burst capillaries (any help on this???) but the girth growth so far has been phenomenal.

Also note, I eventually learned to place a short string or dental floss under the tourniquet so that I can use something to pull up on the rubber band to make for easier removal. I remove by using scissors to just snip the rubber band after lifting. Only hurts for just a second and the rubber band flys off.

Boy I’ll tell you what, the internal pressure created by this method is very high. Be careful, I only recommend this to pencil dick “must have girth” gainers like me.

Interesting first post.

Very similar to the pan squeeze (using a rolling pin in place of the hand). The rolling pin has been mentioned a few times here mostly in terms of ‘porn star PE methods’ and some time ago by 1Sweet69 on PEF in conjunction with the pan squeeze.

Rubber band cock rings tend to fuck up the skin for me, a little cloth wrap underneath has helped in the past.

I’m not surprised you’ve broken capillaries with this. What kind of burst are you talking about, minor/big blotches?

What other squeezes have you tried?

Major or minor bursts…..Minor. Less than 1 cm in diameter, but burst capillaries nonetheless. I haven’t formally studies the “pan squeeze” or “porn star PE methods”. very interesting….. I just know that I am lucky to know my limits, and limits doing this are easily reached. Please, be careful when doing this exercise. Know your limits!!!!

The rubber band is difficult on the underlying skin, hence the heavy lube. Without it, this would be impossible. Getting a very tight tourniquet that allows hand freedom is the key to the rubber band.

I’d say if your bursts are coming up as more than pinprick size and they are ending up close to 1cm, a rest is and allowing healing is probably best. You might get these from veins rather than capilliaries and often you can feel a small grain under the skin where the vessel broke and was sealed by coagulated blood. These kinds of injuries can become a bane to future PE’ing if not taken care of.

If its just small capilliary fractures and they dissappear in two days or less then its probable that its not a major problem.

Maybe Pan will post the Pan squeeze here I don’t think he ever has but the basics are:

Take an OK grip at the base of the penis.
Lay the Penis on a table or in front of you on a chair (not a soft one).
Use the other hand to flatten out the dick moving from the base to the glans.

He likens this to making dough so I guess the assumption is you are using the bit of the hand just above where it joins the wrist (whatever thats called) or the knuckles.

1Sweet69’s variation was to use a rolling pin on a stool.

Yeah, what Mem said. If you’re seeing the kind of trauma you describe you’ve probably exceeded your limits. How long you been at this? I think it’s important to spend at least several weeks — or a few months —conditioning your dick with jelqing and manual squeezes before progressing into extreme Ulis, especially extreme Ulis with Pan squeezes.

Also, at 4.85 your girth isn’t meager or a pencil. A lot of guys would be happy starting out where you are.

And, hey, welcome to the forum.

Be careful not to make that rubber band tourniquet too tight at 100% erection, I think I damaged my urethra or something like that doing a uli at 100% (felt pain shoot up through it, and it’s been a bit irritated ever since).

I found the best way to increase girth is to reverse jelq,

I do forty forward, hold your hand tight at the base, and then force

the blood back from the head to the base twenty times.

I repeat this three times every second day.

I also pump for 15 minutes, and hang for 30 minutes, also every

second day.

I have now reached my ideal size and have cut back to once a week.

My size is now erect length 7.8 inches

and erect girth 7.0 inches

I started jelqing because of erection problems, this is now something of

the past.

I used to do something the same but used a Magic Marker in place of the rolling pin and there’s no doubt it helped with my girth gains.

As for the burst blood, have a rest for a few days and they should fade as I used to get them when I worked it hard.

Wow! I want to thank you all for your encouragement and advice. I laid off for a couple days and the small bruises faded to almost one. Yeah, maybe I should do a little more conditioning until trying that again. The most painful part of the exercise was getting the rubber band tourniquet off. Certainly, my pencil got a great workout…. I am so desperate for girth. So desperate….

Also, these post jelg/workout gains are somewhat temporary. Almost like pumping with the endemic fluid buildup. I need to really concentrate and work on the walls of my cc. The post workout increase in girth is nice, but I want the permanent increase. In time it will come, I hope.

I’m desperate for girth gains too, grigli, at only 4.5” EG! Fortunately thats only along my shaft and my coronal ridge has a girth of 5”, which makes it a google source of stimulation for my girlfriend during sex. However, I won’t be taking a rolling pin to my “toothpick” just yet. (if urs is a pencil at 4.85” EG then mine must be a toothpick at 4.5”!)

I’m just going to do the reverse jelqs that seuntjies describes after I’ve conditioned my member a bit more and gained some length. :p If I find that doesn’t work then I’ll try something else. Even with my girth I’m going to keep my rolling pin as a last resort!
