Foreskin Restauration

I am cut, but the good doctor left the frenulum and ample foreskin. After over a year of PE, I find that my foreskin extends to half way down the glans, often completely covering it. After vigorous exercise or sometimes just on its own, the foreskin extends beyond the head of my penis making me look completely uncircumcized. For a “cut” fellow, this is “cool.” Is this a normal “perk” of PE. Just wondering.

As an infant, barely hours old, I was also subject to this legalised form of child abuse; cut very tight and loosing everything, including, very nearly, my dick! Anyhow, a couple of years back I noticed, to my delight, where I had been P. Eing that the skin around my circ scar was getting looser. Later I learned it was possible to restore foreskins stolen during these mutilation ceremonies and have been at it since April 04. I haven’t got such good coverage yet, due I think to the heavy scaring on the under side of my shaft where the op was botched, but I’m now making steady progress. Just as well I’m in for the long haul!

I’ve gained some back also, but not as much as you describe. Mine sits around the base of the head, but I like it.

I was circumcised at birth, but after using a vacuum pump for 4 years, my foreskin has stretched out and completely covers the head of my penis, as if I had never been cut.
