I’m talking MIDSHAFT girth only, which seems both the hardest to gain and the most important during sex. It seems that most people advocate jelqing to start, but that they only have really seen actual gains when they started clamping. But don’t they have the same basic effect. Isn’t it reasonable to expect at least some gains from just 30 minute daily jelqing periods?

Also, please provide a) starting girth, b) present girth, and c) what specific routine you used to make the gain. I’m talking frequency per week and how long you did each exercise. Please also mention any additional aids you’ve used (post-workout wrapping, warm up/cool downs, etc.) I’m trying to find out definitively what it is that has actually resulted in tangible gains for people. Thanks.

You can find my girth stats in my signature. It took a lot of hard work and consistency to get to where I am now. A LOT OF HARD WORK. I used to do warm ups and warm downs in the beginning of my workouts but now I rarely do them.

The routine I used is lots of high intensity and high erection jelqs and sit and stretches.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Girth just kind of came along for the ride as I gained length. Didn’t do anything specific in addition to hanging and ADS usage.

Well for me the most important part was dry jelqing. It is much more intense.

How has that been working out for you? I like the idea, because I believe the body affable to suggestion.

Dang Monty, those are good gains in just a year. What’s your routine?

Basically hanging with an ADS in between sessions to prevent losses. I had a very sporadic routine due to privacy issues so I tried it and it seemed to prove out over quite a long period. Sometimes I couldn’t get in more the two to three hanging sessions in a week, but the ADS seemed to keep my gains from session to session.

Started at 5.7girth (April 4th I think) and I am presently at 5.95 (recorded on June 1st). I PE 4 days a week. 50minutes. 20minutes stretch (manual 15 and circular 5). Jelqing 20minutes (jelq and hold 10, dry jelqing 10). 5 minutes warm up before and after.

I guess the stretches warm up my dick for the jelqs. I’ve never felt any pain when doing them.

Jelqing was the main girth exercise until I started clamping in November 2006. Lately, I’ve only been clamping just because my girlfriend has been complaining about my size, but I think I’ll add a couple hundred jelqs to the mix.

OK, some of these claims are just ridiculous. Nearly an inch of girth in 7 months? Posts like this really make me wonder if any of this is really legit. If this is a scam, you guys are trying to sell it too hard.

I have been doing this for two months or so and it does work for me. It may sound hard to believe but I gained back about half an inch in length and put on maybe .3 inches girth within the first month. I believe that it was because I reconditioned my penis. I use to be a little longer in length unless I was measuring wrong back in my teens. So length wise I haven’t actually gained anything, I still believe I am shorter than I was 7 years ago.

As for the girth I can clearly feel and see the difference when I hold my penis in my hand.

Maybe you’re a slow gainer or maybe you’re not executing your PE submission techniques properly (does feel like I wrestle with it sometimes cause it’s a little short to do certain stretches). Maybe it’s because you don’t believe in yourself.

You’re mental state plays a big role as I have experienced this first hand. During my first month I was really into it and went a little overboard for a beginner. 3-4 Hours a day and 5-6 days a week. I pretty much overworked my penis but didn’t do any serious damage. During my second month I was severely depressed and lost my focus to train. I cut back to 1 or 2 1 hour sessions a day 3-4 days a week. During that second month my penis was depressed. It acted just like me. It wouldn’t stay hard for long and was just droopy or turtlely so it was hard to get any work done. I kept thinking that I was one of those guys that would take 2 years or more to gain one inch. Then one day I started getting mega erections again and was able to sustain them. Made me happy.

Into this third month my penis has been acting more like the first month and it’s strange because I am still depressed but in a different mood of depression. Makes me feel like I am bi-polar or something. Another weird thing is for this third month I haven’t been training like the first month. It’s more like the second month but with better erections and I think I’m starting to see some gains again.

Just to make it clear the reason for my depression is not because of my penis size. I PE to try and pull myself out of this shit-hole by doing something that may make me happy.

EZ Rider, I found this system much more motivating. I don’t like to measure because to tell the truth, although I want a 8x6, it’s not something I can visualize.

With an object - for me being a carton from a paper towl roll, slightly shortened, it’s different. I can see my dick one day being large as that.
