for those who've gained girth: how did you personally do it?
I’m talking MIDSHAFT girth only, which seems both the hardest to gain and the most important during sex. It seems that most people advocate jelqing to start, but that they only have really seen actual gains when they started clamping. But don’t they have the same basic effect. Isn’t it reasonable to expect at least some gains from just 30 minute daily jelqing periods?
Also, please provide a) starting girth, b) present girth, and c) what specific routine you used to make the gain. I’m talking frequency per week and how long you did each exercise. Please also mention any additional aids you’ve used (post-workout wrapping, warm up/cool downs, etc.) I’m trying to find out definitively what it is that has actually resulted in tangible gains for people.
