I’ve gained 0.1” in girth in 2 months.

Interested in knowing MY routine? Didn’t think so.

But just for the record, I wet jelq 10 - 15 minutes every other day. 5 minute warm up, usually 5 min warm down also. I do a mild stretch before I jelq also. Occasionally I struggle with consistency though.
