Ok.

Now, back to serious things, if hanging is equal/better/worse than manual stretching is an open question; somebody could think the answer is so simple: “Hanging and manual stretching both pull your penis; with an hanger you can pull for longer time and less fatigue, so hanging will give more gains.” - maybe is not so simple: lot of experienced PEers posted this kind of personal history: they had gains with little daily manual stretching; switched to hanging, sometimes for hours, and gains stopped; switched again to MS and had new gains.

So, having a large number of answer about the question of this poll could be a starting point for more specifical speculation about why one kind of techniqe is better than other.

I stretch. Hanging is a motherfucker and I don’t get anything done outside the house. I’ve gained much more from stretching.

I have had good but different results from both. For me there is no one panacea or holy grail. But and ADS is the backbone of my routine. I wear it every day for 6 to 10 hours. For me, it works as a conditioner to break down resistance for my daily PE (hanging, jelqing, manual stretching and ballooning). I get better results and more fatigue from these exercises after wearing the extender. Then I wear the ADS after my work out and I tend to think (I can’t verify this) that it helps the tissue repair itself in the extended state.

Interesting approach, Purple; so You wear an extender to pre-fatiguing penis; then go to more intense work, like hanging/stretching/jelquing; and finally the ADS avoid turtling and “teach” the penis to be “rebuilded” in a lengthened status.

But how many hours/day of total work? And could You sign Yours gains?

I started seriously in May of 06 and started with my current system in May of this year approximately. I have gone from 6 3/4” x 6” to 8” x 6 1/4” its working I may be a little over 8 now. I only measure once every month or two to get a more even growth idea.

And I’ve stretched, jelqed and pumped for best “overall” gain.
