For those who do Horse440s
It seems to me that the horse440s are the best girth exercises. However they are pretty intense and I was wondering how many of them do you guys do in a single session ( please also include for how long you have been doing them ).
I usually do very few of them (3-5)… I was thinking of slowly increasing them over time, since my unit if already quite conditioned. At which rate did you increase them?
