THANKS THUNDER. Hey Thunder, wanted to ask you if your the same thunder on “Big Penis site” That was my first pe site. Very good site. I think big Al is ahead of everyone. Do think he needs to separate the beginners routine from the advanced routines. I think I got my first ruptured vein doing the erect jelk. Didnt know the dangers as it was not explained in the program. Anyway, you are doing an excellent job here. I have the utmost respect and admiration to you.

It is Aaron Belmont that used to be with Big Penis. He hasn’t been around for the last year or so though. Your vein is something of your own doing, you should pay closer attention and avoid those type of things. There is a donation button at the bottom of the page. No sponsors, some affiliates, but none that advertise in exchange for support.
Gee Thunder, you know I never went that low on the page to see the support link. My appologies. Thunder, im not blaming anyone for my injuries. Was only kidding when I said wrong site. I always thought big Al was Al Belmot. I heard alot of big Al not Al belmot. My point is that as a beginner in pe, I knew absolutely nothing about it and while erect jelking, I didnt know what was too much pressure and apparently applied too much resulting in a ruptured vein. I was simply saying that if erect jelking is in a program, knowing what I know now, a caution note should be included to avoid this type of injuries, seeing that it is a high risk excercise and should not be practiced by beginners. I do erect jelking now, but with very light to medium pressure. I find its good for girth.
If by erect jelqing you mean the Two Way Length exercise at Big Penis, I think they do state to ONLY do ten strokes per workout. That is unless they changed it since I looked at the site last time. But you know better now correct? :)
Yes, it is the two way length exercise. It says to get erect, perform 15 reps, stop, then do a second set applying more pressure this time for a 15 rep set, then stop for beginners. Add 1 set per week but dont go over 10 mins. When it said to add more pressure, it is at this point where I think a warning note should be inserted cautioning jelkers to not apply too much pressure and why.

Aren’t you the same guy that hurt himself hanging a while back. If you don’t minded me asking how long have you been PE’ing and what are your starting and current measurements.
For some reason I thought you were new to PE but it seems your actually fairly well imformed. Would you really tell your friends about this site and ask them to help support it.

yes I am the same person. I had stopped jelking because I was under work related stress and it effected my jelking sessions where the time I had to sneak to do my pe, I had trouble keeping my partial erection 2 mins into the jelk, so I found it better for my schedule to start hanging. Being as aggresive as I am I hung too much and did it wrong and damaged myself again. Took a wek off for healing and resumed hanging with less aggresion. Still hang, but started jelking again. It seems as though the hanging corrected my problem because I no longer have that problem of losing partial erection. Infact, sinse I started the L-a and megaman, I have the opposite effect. I now hang for 20-30 mins, then jelk for 20 mins. Thats it. Took Newbie advice some and trying for 2 weeks just jelking for 15-20 mins period.
Started big-penis.com last year at 5.75”erect bp x 5.0”, a year later on and off was 6.5” bp x 5.5”.
Since hanging last measurement was 6.75” x 5.75” Think the girth came when waiting on the bib hanger I was doing uli’s and squeezes and gained 0.25” in a month. Since hanging, the base of my penis got larger. Been doing Newbies routine for almost 2 weeks and went from 7.25 flaccid stretch to 7.65 flaccid stretch. Didnt measure erect length yet.
note, these measurements are bp. Never measured flaccid stretch before so I dont know of any gains as yet. I wanted to wait till the 2 weeks to 1 month was completed then I was going to post the real erect length bp gains. But, since doing this new routine, I feel like i have gained. Flaccid looks promising. Pumped up most of the day. I think that rest time is important. If you jelk for more than 20 mins, then you will require more resting time. If you want to jelk 5-6 days per week, then limit your jelking time to 20 mins or less. I now do 15 - 20 mins 5 days with 2 rest days. Think I will have some gains. Will measure 2 weeks on Monday to check.
