you told me about 3 weeks to a month ago to start trying out the 3 on 1 off routine and i have been doing it since then heres my routine see if you think this is over training or not
hang 10lbs btc 3 sets of 20 min. i dont know if you ever read my post on the thick dick sqeeze or not but its kind of like a uli i do it for 10 min. then i jelq for 10 min 3 on 1 off hows that sound?
Sounds good! Do your squeezes and jelqs after you hang. You’ll have to play it by ear a bit and be careful with them. Remember the tissue has already been stressed by hanging so you should approach your squeezes and jelqs very cautiously as it will be much easier to over do it! Maybe just start with the jeqs initially, see how that goes and then work up to adding squeezes when you feel you’re ready.

well lil1 i do my hanging about mid day then i jelq sqeeze before i get in the shower 10-11 at night so i dont think i need to worry to much about the tissue. the day after i wrote that i went up to
10 min sqeeze like before but added 10 more mins of jelq which brings it to 20 min. of jelqing 30 min in all total work out and thats seems to be working good if i make any gains soon i will tell you of them.
If you’re going to have a good break between, that sounds OK. I was a little concerned because we have received serveral injury reports from guys who have hung and then jelqed or squeezed immediately afterwards - thrombosed veins and bleeding from the urethra is not the object of the exersize! :eek:
