Have you gotten your best gains from clamping routines with:

1. Breaks, or no breaks?

2. Heat, or not heat?

1. Well I’ve had breaks from clamping but not from PE altogether and would still keep manual stretching going. Which hasn’t had good results as my penis hasnt really had any time off.

2. I try and use heat to keep the penis warm, but not constantly. Just at intervals.

Better results with heat and breaks.

Once the penis gets the consistency of pasta al dente’, it is time to back off a bit and heat ALWAYS helps that for me.

Yeah when I heat my unit a lot, I definitely feel like I can safely push my sessions further.

For me I think it has been heat and occasional two week breaks

No heat, breaks, about 3,4 days.

But also stretching.

No heat with breaks. That’s been my routine for the last 6 months and I’ve gained 0.25 in. I’m been clamping in the tub lately though and warming up with 5 minutes of hot water from the tap before I begin. I’ve noticed I can carry the session out longer and I look much bigger during the session. It will take a couple more months before I can really draw a conclusion as to whether it’s made a permanent difference over no heat though.

I clamp seldom. Usually in a second day of my 2 in 1 off routine. So, it’s in every third day. I clamp once during the session which includes stretching, jelqing and mostly pumping. I preheat my dick with water and wear a warm sock while clamping. So I clamp with heat and breaks.

Clamping question

I have been doing newbie routine for a few months and have made little gains; about 3/8” BPEL and less than 1/4” EG. I have noticed that my penis is heavier, my e.q. Is better, and my flaccid hang is a lot bigger. (Both in length and girth). I have taken an interest in clamping and after just starting already see very satisfying temporary results.(almost 1/2” girth gain after session.)

This is something I think I want to continue so my question is this. What would be a good way to mix my newbie routine with clamping? Right now I am 2 days on/ 1 day off with warm up, stretching, 20 min.jelq, warm down. Can I clamp on the same day? Should I clamp before or after jelq routine? Should I continue the rest day or can I can I clamp for 5 days and take the weekend off? I realize everyone is different, but I’m looking for good starting suggestions like the newbie routine, but for adding clamping.

So you’ve been PEing for only “a few months” (I assume you lurked here before registration reopened)and have made almost a 1/2” in length and a 1/4” in girth. You may see these results as nothing special, but I assure you that is a great achievement.

The basics of the Newbie Routine are working for you, so as a clamper myself I suggest you stick to that routine for at least a month longer. If the gains dry up, at least you will have further prepared your penis for what is to come. After all, clamping and the Newbie Routine are at polar opposites in terms of risk.
